Abstract
Tôle d'acier galvanisé par électrolyse. Cette tôle consiste en une tôle d'acier, une première couche inférieure de galvanisation par électrolyse au poids de 5 à 120 g/m**2 par face, qui consiste essentiellement en zinc ou en une composition de zinc, de cobalt et d'un élément au moins pris dans le groupe formé par le chrome, l'indium et le zirconium, et une seconde couche de galvanisation par électrolyse déposée sur la première, au poids superficiel de 0,2 à 10 g/m**2 par face, cette seconde couche consistant essentiellement en zinc et 1 à 60 % en poids de fer. La tôle d'acier galvanisé selon l'invention possède d'excellentes propriétés de résistance à la corrosion à nu, de résistance à la corrosion après revêtement et d'aptitude au formage, et elle ne nécessite, après les dépositions par électrolyse, aucun traitement thermique.
