Abstract

본 발명은, 철강재료의 침지아연도금방법에 관한 것으로서, 강재속의 Si품위가 0.05중량%미만의 림드강재에서 현상의 용융아연도금보다 각별히 뛰어난 내식성을 가지고, 양호한 외관을 가진 용융아연합금 도금피박을 형성하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 아연의 순도가 99.7%중량%이상의 아연욕, 또는 당해 아연욕에 Al을 0.05중량%이하 첨가한 아연욕을 사용해서, 욕온도 : 460℃를 ~초과 490℃ 또한 침지시간 : 1분~1.5분의 조건에서 용융아연도금을 실시하고, 그후, 아연의 순도가 99.7%이상의 아연욕에 2~10중량% Al을 첨가한 아연욕을 사용해서, 욕온도 : 400~430℃미만이고 또한 침지시간 : 0.5분~1.5분의 조건에서 용융아연합금도금을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 강재속의 Si품위가 0.05중량%미만의 림드강재를, 아연의 순도가 99.7%중량%이상의 아연욕, 또는 당해 아연욕에 Al을 0.05중량%이하 첨가한 아연욕을 사용해서, 욕온도 460℃를 ~초과 490℃, 침지시간 1분~1.5분의 조건에서 용융아연도금을 실시하고, 제1공정과, 그후, 아연의 순도가 99.7%중량이상의 아연욕에 2~10중량% Al을 첨가한 아연욕을 사용해서, 욕온도 400~430℃미만, 침지시간 : 0.5분~1.5분의 조건에서 용융아연합금도금을 실시하는 제2공정에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연합금도금방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에 있어서의 욕온도가 460℃를 초과 480℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연합금도금방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2공정에 있어서의 아연욕에의 Al첨가량이 4~8중량%이고, 욕온도가 420~430℃미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연합금도금방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느한 항에 있어서, Al 농도가 5~30%의 도금피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연합금도금방법.
