Abstract

본 발명은 연속식 용융아연도금강판 제조공정중 아연-철 합금화 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로서, 용융아연도금후에 합금화 열처리를 행하고 산세처리를 실시하므로서 내파우더링성이 우수한 아연-철 합금화 용융아연도금강판을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 통상의 아연-철 합금화 용융아연도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 통상의 용융도금욕에서 용융아연도금한 후에 400-470℃의 열처리온도에서 10-15초동안 합금한 열처리를 행하고, 15-20℃/sec의 냉각속도로 냉각한 다음, 염산농도가 5-10wt%인 수용액에서 5-20초동안 산세처리하므로서 내파우더링성이 우수한 아연-철 합금화 용융아연도금강판을 제조하는 방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 통상의 아연-철 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 용융도금욕에서 용융아연도금한 후에 400-470℃의 열처리온도에서 10-15초동안 합금화 열처리를 행하고, 15-20℃/sec의 냉각속도로 냉각한 다음, 염산농도가 5-10wt%인 수용액에서 5-20초동안 산세처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내파우더링성이 우수한 아연-철 합금화 용융아연도금강판
