Abstract

L'invention concerne le découpage des joncs provenant d'une boudineuse pour former des granules. Entre la plaque de filière de la boudineuse et le trajet des couteaux de découpage des joncs, est disposée, avec interposition d'une couche isolante, une plaque de découpage percée d'alésages alignés sur les buses de sortie de la filière et parcourus par les joncs entraînés et refroidis par de l'eau. La plaque de découpage est montée sur un bâti que des roulettes de guidage peuvent éloigner de la plaque de filière. Application : granulation de matières plastiques présentant une plage thermique étroite de viscosités convenant à cet effet, comme des polyamides, des polyesters, du polypropylène, etc.
