Claims (4)

  1. 밀접해 있는 몇몇 노즐로부터 용해 방출된 열가소성 물질로된 스트랜드들을 과립화(顆粒化)하며, 카운터나이프에 작용하는 키터로울과 키터로울 앞에 위치하여 냉각수로 채워진 이송장치를 갖춘 장치로서, 이소장치는 키터로울(10)에 대략 방사상으로된 카운터나이프(11)의 지지면(12)으로 구성되어 본질적으로 노즐들(15)의 표면과 키터로울(10) 사이의 공간을 완전히 채우며 그 위로 냉각수가 분무됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카운터나이프(11)의 지지면(12)의 반대편에 분무노즐(13)이 위치함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각수가 키터로울(10) 쪽으로 흐르며, 키터로울은 냉각수를 내동댕이 냉침으로써 각수를 카운터나이프(11)의 지지면(12)위로 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카운터나이프(11)에 스트랜드들(22)을 위한 안내홈(23)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
