제1도는 2쌍의 안내판으로 된 장치를 나타내고, 이는 각각 회전축상에 장착되어 있다. 제2도는 평행이동용 수단을 갖춘 각쌍의 안내판을 나타낸다. 제3도는 압출다이를 떠나는 직후와 연신로울러에의 연신직전에 서로에 대한 압출부 공간배열의 원칙의 대표적인 것을 나타낸다.
Claims (3)
- 상단부는 냉각공급에 노출되어 있고 하단부는 연신로울러와 절단휠을 갖춘 과립기의 입구를 향하고 있으며, 다이로부터의 연결선 및 다이와 연신로울러 입구 사이의 연신로울러 입구부를 넘어 압출부 방향으로 돌출되어 있고 압출부 냉각용 분무노즐로부터 분무되고, 후면을 맞대고 배열된 실질적으로 2개의 거울대칭채널을 갖춘 압출다이로부터 배출되는 열가소성 물질의 냉각 및 과립압출장치에 있어서, 압출다이(5,6 : 7,8) 및 연신로울러(30,31)를 향하고 있는 채널단부는 각각 한쌍의 안내판(13,14,15,16 : 44,45)으로 형성되어 있으며, 이는 채널을 형성하도록 자유공간(19,20)을 에워싸는 또 다른 것 위에 배열되므로써 각쌍의 안내판(13,14,15,16 : 44,45)은 분리가 증가함에 따라 연결선(32)에 대한 대응채널의 돌출부가 증가하도록 서로 측면으로 분리가능하고 과립화될 압출부(1,2 : 3,4)의 증가된 연신을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 냉각 및 과립압출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각쌍의 안내판(13,14,15,16 : 44,45)은 공통회전축(17,18)상의 그의 상단부에 장착되고,회전축(18)에 대향하는 단부는 각쌍의 안내판(13,14,15,16 : 44,45)사이에 배열된 팽창수단(33,34 : 35,36)에 의해 서로분리가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 냉각 및 과립압출장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안내판(13,14,15,16 : 44,45)은 그들 사이에 배열된 연신스프링(37,38)에 의해함께 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 냉각 및 과립압출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
