Abstract

a. Dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent b. Ce dispositif comprend un panneau d'affichage électroluminescent ou EL en film mince comportant une couche EL emprisonnée entre une paire de souches diélectriques qui présente une courbe d'hystérésis dans sa caractéristique de luminosité en fonction de la tension appliquée, et une rangée d'électrodes de matrice pour la commande de matrice dudit panneau d'affichage EL, au moins une électrode de référence disposée sur ledit panneau d'affichage EL en film mince, et un moyen pour dériver un courant amplitude égale à une différence entre le courant de ladite électrode de référence et le courant de lecture lorsqu'on effectue la lecture de l'état de mémoire dudit panneau d'affichage. c. Dispositifs d'affichage électroluminescent à film mince.
