Abstract

L'invention concerne une dose médicamenteuse à unités multiples et diffusion réglée comprenant un comprimé ou une capsule contenant une pluralité d'unités fractionnaires renfermant chacune un agent thérapeutiquernent actif et enrobée dans une membrane insoluble tenant compote de la diffusion des sucs du tractus gastro-intestinal, le poids spécifique d'une partie au moins des unités fractionnaires ayant été rendu supérieur à celui de l'agent actif.
