Appts. for cambering rooling mill rolls to correct bulging in both directions comprises (a) two pairs of chocks each carried by a roll trunnion at the exterior of the stand, (b) >=2 jacks, each with two pistons which move the chocks relatively to each other, (c) >=2 lateral pivoting brackets and (d) means for connecting the jack rods in vertical translation with the chocks.
