Claims (10)

1. Aluminium-bor-silikatkatalysator, dMr Si02/Al202*-molf8rhIllandet är mellan 10 och 150 och Al^O^/l^O^-molförhällandet är melian 2 och 200,' 5 kännetecknad därav, att katalysatorn är framställd genom att modlflera katalysatorn med borsyra, boroxld eller en blandning av dessa.

Förfarande för framställnlng av en katalysator enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att man upphettar en 15 reaktlonsblandning, som innefattar organlskt kväve innehlllande katjon, alkalimetalloxld eller en blandning av sadana, aluminium-, bor- och kiseldloxld samt vatten för framställnlng av en aluminium-bor-slllkatkatalysator och genom att modlflera den sSlunda erhlllna katalysatorn genom att brlnga den 1 kontakt med borsyra, boroxld 20 eller en blandning av dessa utan att använda slg av vatten eller annat lösnlngsmedel.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknat därav, att modifleringen utförs vid en temperatur av 300-700°C. 25
5. Alkyleringsprocess för alkylering av aromatiska kolväten, kännetecknad därav, att som katalysator används en modifierad Al-B-Sl-katalysator enligt patentkravet 1 1 väteform eller en modifierad katalysator enligt patentkraven 3-4. 30
6. Alkyleringsprocess enligt patentkrav 5, kännetecknad därav, att den utförs antingen 1 en svävbädds- eller en fast-bäddsreaktor.
