Claims (16)

1. Vanadinoxidkatalysator uppburen pä en porös bärare i en sädan mängd, att ett viktförhällande mellan vanadinoxiden och bäraren av 0/3:1-3:1 erhälles, varvid vanadinoxiden Mr huvudsakligen helt i porerna av bäraren, vilken vanadinoxid är placerad i smältform vä- sentligen i porerna av bäraren, varvid bärarens ytarea är större 2 3 än 50 m /gram och porositet större än 0,4 cm /gram, k ä n n e - tecknad av att katalysatorn även innehäller alkalimetall i en sadan mängd, att molförhällandet mellan vanadinmetallen och alkalimetallen är 2:1-30:1.
2. Katalysator enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att bäraren är kiseloxid-aluminiumoxid.
3. Katalysator enligt krav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att alkalimetallen är natrium.
4. Katalysator enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att molförhällandet mellan vanadinmetallen och alkalimetallen är 8:1- 20:1.
5. Katalysator enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att bäraren är gamma-aluminiumoxid.
6. Katalysator enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att av alkalimetallen ätminstone 10 vikt-% är närvarande som alkali-metallvanadat.
7. Användning av katalysatorn enligt krav 1 för omvandling av en förening innehällande ätminstone en alkylgrupp tili nitril med användning av katalytisk oxidations-ammonolys.
8. Användning enligt krav 7, kännetecknad av att som förening används benzen som är substituerad med ätminstone en alkylgrupp. 1 Användning enligt krav 7,kännetecknad av att som förening används pyridin som substituerats med ätminstone en alkylgrupp, som i förhäilande tili det heterocykliska kvävet stär i beta-position.
