Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en farmakologiskt aktiv förening med strukturen 5 °\ \^-N(H)C(CH3)3 o väsentligen i polymorf A -form och med det i figur 1 visade infrarödspektrumet, I kännetecknat av att en uppslamning av rä N-t-butyl-androst-3,5-dien-17P- 25 karboxamid-3-karboxylsyra i etylacetat uppvärms vid en temperatur överstigande omgivningstemperaturen, företrädesvis vid en temperatur överstigande 60 °C, varefter uppslamningen avkyls tili en temperatur understigande omgivningstemperaturen, företrädesvis tili 0-5 °C, och polymorf A isoleras. 30
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda uppslamning är en 12-40-viktprocentig, företrädesvis en 14-20-viktprocentig uppslamning.
