Claims (8)

1. Fiberbindemedel för torrbindning av fibermaterial, som innehäller pä vinylester-kopolymerater eller (met)akrylsyraesterkopolymerater baserade tvärbundna, redis- 5 pergerande dispersionspulver, kännetecknat därav, att vinylesterkopolymeraterna innehäller en eller flera monomerer, som utgörs av oförgrenade eller förgrenade, 1-15 C-atomer innehlllande alkylkarboxylsyrors vinylestrar, eller (met)akrylsyraester-kopolymerat av en eller flera monomerer, som utgörs av 1-10 C-atomer innehällan-de alkoholers metakrylsyraestrar och akrylsyraestrar, varvid vinylester- och 10 (met)akrylsyraesterkopolymeraten innehäller respektive 0,1-10 vikt-%, baserad pä kopolymeratets totalvikt, en eller flera etyleniskt omättad, tvärbindande verkande komonomer.

Fiberbindemedel enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det innehäller 15 en eller flera tvärbindnade verkande komonomerer ur gruppen akrylamidoglykolsyra (AGA), metylakrylamidoglykolatmetyleter (MAGME), N-metylolakrylamid (NMAA), N-metylolmetakrylamid, N-metylolallylkarbamat, alkyletrar, säsom isobutyleter eller estrar av N-metylolakrylamid, N-metylolmetakrylamid eller N-metylolallylkarbamat.

Fiberbindemedel enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att vinylesterko- polymeraten innehäller 70-95 vikt-% vinylacetat, 5-25 vikt-% etylen och/eller : : 5-30 vikt-% di-isopropylfumarat och 0,1-10,0 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akrylamid, eller ; ’1,: 50-70 vikt-% vinylacetat, 10-30 vikt-% VeoVa9R och/eller VeoVal0R, 5-25 vikt-% : · i etylen och 0,1-10,0 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akrylamid, eller : · 25 15-50 vikt-% vinylacetat, 30-65 vikt-% vinylklorid och/eller di-isopropylfumarat, :5-25 vikt-% etylen och 0,1-10 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akrylamid, eller i'; 50-70 vikt-% vinylacetat, 1-30 vikt-% n-butylakrylat eller 2-etylhexylakrylat, 5-25 vikt-% etylen och 0,1-10,0 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akrylamid. ;‘ : 30

Fiberbindemedel enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att (met)akryl- . \ syraester-kopolymeraten innehäller 30-70 vikt-% metylmetakrylat, 70-30 vikt-% M n-butylakrylat och/eller 2-etylhexylakrylat och 0,1-10 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akryl- • * amid, eller 4 a v.: 30-70 vikt-% styren och 70-30 vikt-% n-butylakrylat och/eller 2-etylhexylakrylat och 35 0,1-10 vikt-% N-metylol(met)akrylamid. 15 114321

Förfarande för torkning av fibermaterial, kännetecknat därav, att 5-50 vikt-%, av fiberns vikt, fiberbindemedel enligt patentkravet 1-4 strös, utbreds eller skakas, eventuellt i mekaniskt förhärdat fibermaterial eller blandas direkt med fibrerna, fuk-tas, före ströandet eller därefter, med 5-60 vikt-% vatten, baserad pä totalvikten av 5 fibrernas och bindemedlets torrblandning, och ytformationen eller formstycket upp-värms för att binda fibrerna under tryck av högst 10 MPa (100 bar) vid 100-200°C.
6. Förfarande enligt av patentkraven 5, kännetecknat därav, att efter ströandet av fiberbindemedel pä de fuktiga fibrerna, avlägsnas vatten genom uppvärmning av 10 fiberformationen i en luftström vid 80-100°C, och att fibern sprutas pä nytt med angiven vattenmängd före den termiska tvärbindningen.
7. Förfarande enligt av patentkravet 5 eller 6, kännetecknat därav, att som fibermaterial används träfiber, cellulosafibrer, ull, bomull, mineralfiber, keramikfibrer, pä 15 fibrer bildande polymerer baserade syntetfibrer slsom viskosfibrer, polyetylen-, po-lypropylen-, polyester-, polyamid-, polyakrylnitril- eller kolfibrer, fibrer av vinylklorids homo- och kopolymerater eller tetrafluoretylens homo- eller kopolymeraters fibrer.
8.
