COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE SOMETEN A EXTRACCION FLORES FRESCAS DE MANZANILLA O FLORES CONGELADAS DE MANZANILLA, CON ALACANOLES C1-C4 ACUOSOS, EMPLEANDOSE PARA LA EXTRACCION MEZCLADORES CON O SIN ELEMENTOS AGITADORES INCORPORADOS, QUE TRABAJAN SEGUN EL PRINCIPIO DE EXTRACCION EN CONTRACORRIENTE, LLEVANDOSE A CABO DICHA EXTRACCION A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 10 Y 60 GRADOS; SEGUNDA, SE AÑADE EVENTUALMENTE A LA MASA DE FLORES DE MANZANILLA, ANTES O DURANTE LA EXTRACCION, HOJAS ALETEADAS FRESCAS, CONGELEDAS A SECAS DE MANZANILLA; TERCERA, DESPUES DE LA EXTRACCION DE LAS FLORES SE EXPRIME EL MATERIAL SOMETIDO A EXTRACCION; Y POR ULTIMO, SE FILTRA EL EXTRACTO OBTENIDO.
