Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de aleaciones de acero de bajo punto de martensita, de transformación lenta, templables a estructura bainitica, sin alear o de baja aleación con una tenacidad, medida en probetas redondas sin muescas de 4,5 mm de diámetro, de más de 70 J, preferentemente más de 85 J, y una dureza de cómo mínimo 57 HRC, preferentemente 58 HRC y más, especialmente 60; conteniendo: 0,5 - 1,00% C 0,10 - 1,50% Si 0,50 - 1,50% Mn max. 0,045% P max. 0,045% S 0,20 - 0,90% Mo y/o 0,20 - 2,00% Cr el resto hierro e impurezas habituales, caracterizado porque comprende templar la aleación a estructura binitica en la gama de temperaturas del punto de martensita, o bien a 0-100ºC, preferentemente hasta 50ºC, especialmente de 5 a 50ºC, por encima de la temperatura del punto de martensita; e interrumpir el temple una vez lograda una transformación del 85% especialmente del 75 a 85% aproximadamente, referida a la transformación máxima medida dilatométricamente.
