Abstract

Procedimiento para descafeinar café mediante tratamiento con dióxido de carbono húmedo en régimen hipercrítico, que se caracterizad por el hecho de que se hace actuar dióxido de carbono a temperaturas de 40 a 100ºC y presiones de 120 a 250 atmósferas, estacionariamente, sobre una mezcla de café, agua y un agente adsorbente con superficie activa respecto a la cafeína.
