Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de fertilizantes de gran calidad, aprovechando eventualmente el calor, y el CO2 originados, a partir de residuos de frutas mediante su putrefacción aerobia, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que residuos de prensado procedentes de la producción de vino, especialmente orujos de uva, dispuestos de forma descohesionada y mantenidos de esta forma por ejemplo mediante trasiego, se someten a una putrefacción aerobia, teniendo lugar, preferentemente después de concluirse el proceso de putrefacción, mediante cribado, una distribución de la masa obtenida y elaborándose adicionalmente la fracción que contiene los granos, por ejemplo mediante molturación, y sometiéndolos a una putrefacción posterior.
