Procedure for the preparation of compounds of the general formula I ** (See formula) ** wherein R1 signifies hydrogen, a saturated or unsaturated straight or branched chain alcohol radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a 2 to 3 carbon alcohol radical substituted by an hydroxy group in the omega position, a cycloalkoxymethyl group with 3 to 6 atoms of; carbon in the ring; R2 signifies an alpha-pyridyl group or a phenyl group, of which the latter may be substituted ortho by a halogen atom or a nitro or trifluoromethyl group; R3 represents hydrogen, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl, nitro or cyano hydroxy group; as well as its physiologically compatible acid addition salts, characterized in that compounds of the general formula II are activated ** (See formula) ** wherein R1, R2 and R3 have the indicated meanings and cycle closure is subjected to the activated intermediates; with the aid of basic or acidic condensing agents.
