Abstract
Aleación de níquel, cromo, aluminio y hierro con un contenido en % en peso de 12 a 28% de cromo, 1,8 a 3,0% de aluminio, 1,0 a 15% de hierro, 0,01 a 0,5% de silicio, 0,005 a 0,5% de manganeso, 0,01 a 0,20% de itrio, 0,02 a 0,60% de titanio y 0,01 a 0,2% circonio, 0,0002 a 0,05% de magnesio, 0,0001 a 0,05% de calcio, 0,03 a 0,11% de carbono, 0,003 a 0,05 de nitrógeno, 0,0005 a 0,008% de boro, 0,0001 a 0,010% de oxígeno, 0,001 a 0,030% de fósforo; máx. 0,010% de azufre, máx. 0,5% de molibdeno, máx. 0,5% de wolframio pudiendo sustituirse, si es necesario, el itrio total o parcialmente por entre 0,001 a 0,2% de lantano y/o por 0,001 a 0,2 % de cerio y pudiendo sustituirse, si es necesario, el titanio total o parcialmente por 0,001 a 0,6% de niobio, siendo el resto níquel y las impurezas habituales de los procesos habiendo de cumplirse las siguientes relaciones: 0<7,7 C-x·a<1,0 (2) a>=PN si PN>0 (3a) o a>=0 si PN<=0 (3b) y x>=(1,0 Ti+1,06Zr)/ (0,251Ti+0,132Zr) (3c) y PN>=0,251Ti+0,132Zr-0,857N (4) siendo los valores de Ti, Zr, N, C las concentraciones de los elementos respectivos en % en masa y pudiendo sustituirse el circonio, si es necesario, total o parcialmente por 0,001 a 0,2% de hafnio y pudiendo sustituirse las fórmulas 3c y 4 por las siguientes fórmulas: y x>=(1,0 Ti+1,06 Zr+0,605Hf)/ (0,251Ti+0,132Zr+0,0672Hf) (3c-1) y PN>=0,251 Ti+0,132 Zr-+0,0672Hf-0,857N (4-1) siendo los valores Ti, Zr, Hf, N, C las concentraciones respectivas de los elementos en % en masa.
