Abstract

La invención se refiere a una aleación de níquel-cromo-aluminio-hi erro, que comprende (en % en peso) 12 a 28 % de cromo, 1.8 hasta 3.0 % de aluminio, 1.0 hasta 15 % de hierro, 0.01 hasta 0.5 % de silicio, 0.005 hasta 0.5 % de manganeso, 0.01 hasta 0.20 % de itrio, 0.02 hasta 0.60 % de titanio, 0.01 hasta 0.2 % de zirconio, 0.0002 hasta 0.05 % de magnesio, 0.0001 hasta 0.05 % de calcio, 0.03 hasta 0.11 % de carbono, 0.003 hasta 0.05 % de nitrógeno, 0.0005 % hasta 0.008 % de boro, 0.0001 - 0.010 % de oxígeno, 0.001 hasta 0.030 % de fósforo, máximo 0.010 % de azufre, máximo 0.5 % de molibdeno, máximo 0.5 % de tungsteno, el resto es níquel y los contaminantes relacionados cori el proceso, usuales, en donde las siguientes relaciones deben ser satisfechas: 7.7 C - x • a < 1.0 en donde a = PN, si PN > 0 o a = 0 si PN = 0. Aquí x = (1.0 Ti + 1.06 Zr)/(0.251 Ti + 0.132 Zr), PN = 0.251 Ti + 0.132 Zr - 0.857 N y Ti, Zr, N, C son la concentración de los elementos relacionados en % en masa.
