Abstract

liga de níquel-cromo-ferro-alumínio co boa processabilidade a presente invenção refere-se a um liga de níquel-cromo-alumínio-ferro compreendendo (% em peso) 12 a 28% de cromo, 1,8 a 3,0% de alumínio, 1,0 a 15% de ferro, 0,01 a 0,5% de silício, 0,005 a 0,5% de manganês, 0,01 a 0,20% de ítrio, 0,02 a 0,60% de titânio, 0,01 a 0,2% de zircônio, 0,0002 a 0,05% de magnésio, 0,0001 a 0,05% de cálcio, 0,03 a 0,11% de carbono, 0,003 a 0,05% de nitrogênio, 0,0005 a 0,008% de boro, 0,0001 - 0,010% de oxigênio, 0,001 a 0,030% de fósforo, no máximo 0,010% de enxofre, no máximo 0,5% de molibdênio, no máximo 0,5% de wolfrâmio, o restante é níquel e impurezas inevitáveis resultantes do processo, em que presicam ser satisfeitas as seguintes referências: 7,7 c - x•a < 1,0 em que a = pn, quando pn > 0 ou a =0, quando pn <243> 0. nesse caso, x = (1,0 ti - 1,06 zr)/(0,251 ti + 0,132 zr), pn = 0,251 ti + 0,132 zr - 0,857 n e ti, zr, n, c são a concentração dos respectivos elementos em % em massa.
