Abstract

Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional para un espacio interior del automóvil, especialmente el espacio reservado para los pies, los apoya-brazos o la cabecera, presentando un material exterior textil o elastómero, que se encuentra incorporado en un soporte (50), donde el soporte (50) está alojado de modo giratorio y en el soporte (50) está formado un canal de ventilación (54) que se halla en conexión con ranuras (52) formadas en la parte exterior, de modo que el canal de ventilación está conectado por su extremo a los conductos de ventilación del automóvil.

Description

Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional.
La presente invención se refiere a un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional para el espacio interior del automóvil, especialmente el espacio reservado para los pies, los apoya-brazos o la cabecera.
Ya son conocidos los revestimientos interiores con superficie textil o lisa para las limitaciones interiores y para obtener una mejora óptica. Sin embargo, dichos revestimientos interiores en la mayoría de los casos sólo tienen una función óptica y la integración de otras funciones resulta difícil.
La FR-A-2 542 828 describe un elemento de revestimiento interior para un autobús, en el cual las placas de revestimiento están provistas de ranuras de ventilación giratorias en una bisagra, de modo que las placas de revestimiento cubren un espacio conformado como canal de ventilación para el equipamiento interno del autobús.
El objetivo de la presente invención es la indicación de un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional para el espacio interior de un automóvil, que presenta una conexión con el conducto de ventilación del automóvil y sirve para la climatización.
Este objetivo es solucionado según la invención con un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional para el espacio interior del automóvil según la reivindicación 1. Así, el elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la invención está previsto como un forro separado en cavidades de alfombra, por ejemplo en el espacio reservado para los pies del asiento del conductor o en el espacio reservado para los pies en la parte de atrás del vehículo. Además está previsto un accesorio como apoya-brazos integrado en revestimientos de puerta o como apoya-brazos en el centro del asiento de atrás. Finalmente entra en consideración también un accesorio como cabecera o como tapa de un compartimento para zapatos o como apoyo para los pies.
Preferiblemente se encuentra incorporado un forro elastómero dentro o debajo del material textil exterior. El forro elastómero sirve de revestimiento óptico particular o como ventana de iluminación.
En el forro elastómero o material exterior elastómero preferiblemente está dispuesto un dispositivo de iluminación. Para ello puede integrarse una función de iluminación adaptable individualmente en el elemento de revestimiento.
En el soporte está formado preferiblemente un espacio interior para introducir objetos. Esta configuración sirve como espacio de retención para la introducción de por ejemplo zapatos para ampliar el confort del elemento de revestimiento.
Preferiblemente está previsto un dispositivo de accionamiento para subir y bajar el soporte. Para ello el soporte puede desplazarse entre la posición de funcionamiento y la posición en estado fuera de funcionamiento.
El soporte es preferiblemente cuneiforme y está preferiblemente articulado en su extremo agudo. De este modo se garantiza un giro eficaz con bajos costes constructivos.
La forma de realización sirve especialmente para la conformación del elemento de revestimiento multifuncional como apoyo giratorio para los pies en la zona del suelo del automóvil.
Otras ventajas, características y posibilidades de la presente invención se deducen de la siguiente descripción de ejemplos de formas de realización preferidos con los dibujos:
La Figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva de un espacio interior de automóvil con diferentes elementos de revestimiento, los cuales entran en consideración como zona de introducción del elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la invención.
La Figura 2 muestra una conformación de un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la invención.
La Figura 3 muestra la forma de realización de la figura 2 en la posición de funcionamiento y en la posición en estado fuera de funcionamiento.
La Figura 1 muestra una vista del espacio interior de un automóvil. Entra en consideración un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional 2 en la zona de un espacio reservado para los pies como una esterilla de fondo, trampilla, etc. Además entra en consideración un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional 4 como apoya-brazos. Además un elemento de revestimiento 8 puede utilizarse como apoya-brazos. Finalmente deben tomarse en consideración los elementos de revestimiento 6 como cabeceras.
La Figura 2 describe una forma de realización de un elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la invención en forma de un apoyo para los pies con compartimento de retención integrado. El apoyo para los pies está formado por el soporte 50, el cual debe revestirse en todo caso con un material exterior textil o elastómero (no mostrado). En el soporte 50 está formado un espacio interior 62 formado como compartimento de retención que puede cerrarse mediante una trampilla exterior 60. El espacio interior 62 sirve como espacio de retención, por ejemplo para los zapatos del conductor. Además, en el soporte 50 está formado un canal de ventilación circulatorio 54, que funciona conjuntamente con ranuras 52 formadas en la parte exterior. El aire transportado puede salir adecuadamente por las ranuras 52. El canal de ventilación está conectado por su extremo con los conductos de ventilación guiados por el suelo del vehículo. El soporte 50 es cuneiforme y está equipado en su extremo agudo con un eje giratorio 58 que está alojado en el suelo del vehículo. De esta manera el soporte 50 puede desplazarse desde la posición de funcionamiento mostrada en la Figura 3 en la parte del suelo hasta la posición de funcionamiento elevada igualmente mostrada en la Figura 3. En la posición de funcionamiento, el soporte 50 puede cargarse adecuadamente con zapatos y a continuación puede girarse a la otra posición de funcionamiento. Un dispositivo de accionamiento 56 formado como muelle a gas está previsto para desplazar el soporte 50 entre las dos posiciones. Además, alternativamente está previsto un servicio manual mediante muelle a gas así como un encastre mecánico o un servicio automático mediante un accionamiento eléctrico, hidráulico o neumático.

Claims (5)

1. Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional para un espacio interior del automóvil, especialmente el espacio reservado para los pies, los apoya-brazos o la cabecera, presentando un material exterior textil o elastómero, que se encuentra incorporado en un soporte (50), donde el soporte (50) está alojado de modo giratorio y en el soporte (50) está formado un canal de ventilación (54) que se halla en conexión con ranuras (52) formadas en la parte exterior, de modo que el canal de ventilación está conectado por su extremo a los conductos de ventilación del automóvil.
2. Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que en el soporte (50) está formado un espacio interior (62) para introducir objetos.
3. Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que dentro o debajo del material exterior textil está incorporado o dispuesto un forro elastómero.
4. Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por el hecho de que en el forro elastómero o en el material exterior elastómero está dispuesto una dispositivo de iluminación.
5. Elemento de revestimiento multifuncional según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado por el hecho de que está previsto un dispositivo de accionamiento (56) para subir o bajar el soporte (50).
