Abstract

Comprimidos bucodispersables y procedimiento para su obtención. Los comprimidos comprenden: manitol atomizado en por lo menos 59,5%; principio activo inferior o igual al 10%, donde por lo menos el 90% en peso de principio activo presenta un tamaño de partícula inferior a 100 {mi}m; celulosa microcristalina 10-18%, con tamaño de partícula medio de 50 {mi}m y donde por lo menos el 99% en peso de celulosa microcristalina presenta un tamaño de partícula inferior a 250 {mi}m; croscarmelosa sódica 1-4%; y un agente lubricante 0,5-2%; donde, si no se especifica lo contrario, los porcentajes están expresados en peso respecto al peso total del comprimido. Y también a un procedimiento que comprende: tamización y mezcla de los componentes a excepción del agente lubricante; tamización del agente lubricante; mezcla de todos los componentes; y compresión directa de la mezcla final. Con los comprimidos de la invención se obtienen tiempos de disgregación inferiores además de una buena percepción en la lengua tras su disgregación, y se superan los problemas de resistencia mecánica insuficiente para las operaciones de envasado y transporte.
