Abstract

Una composición de adhesivo de poliuretano termofusible de endurecimiento con humedad, libre de disolventes, donde dicha composición adhesiva fundida con calor es sólida a temperatura ambiente, comprendiendo el producto la combinación de: a) 95 a 3 % en peso del producto de reacción de un primer poliisocianato y un polímero de monómeros insaturados etilénicamente que tiene un peso molecular medio por debajo de 60.000, donde dicho polímero tiene grupos hidrógeno activo; y no es un copolímero de etileno, vinilacetato, y de un monómero insaturado etilénicamente que contiene al menos un grupo hidroxilo primario, b) 5 a 90 % en peso de al menos un prepolímero de poliuretano con grupos isocianato libre preparados a partir de al menos un poliol seleccionado del grupo que consta de poliéter dioles, poliéter trioles, poliéster polioles, polioles aromáticos y sus mezclas y al menos un segundo poliisocianato que puede ser igual o diferente del primer poliisocianato; y c) 0 a 40 % en peso de al menos un aditivo seleccionado del grupo que consta de catalizadores, agentes adhesivos, plastificantes, substancias de carga, pigmentos, estabilizadores, promotores de adhesión, mejoradores de reología, y sus mezclas, donde la suma de a), b) y c) es 100 % en peso.
