Abstract

본 발명은 20 ℃ 에서 적어도 4Pas의 점도를 갖는, 충분한 양의 첨가물을 포함하는 폴리올-기재 가소화 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 가소화 조성물을 폴리우레탄 겔을 수득하는데 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 20 ℃에서 10 rad/s 충격속도로 측정된 4 Pa s이상의 점도를 가지고, 부가적으로 충분한 양의 농축 첨가물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 폴리올, 하나 이상의 가소제, 임의로 촉매 및 임의로 하나이상의 사슬 확장기를 포함하는 가소화 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 20 ℃ 에서 5 Pa 및 300 Pa s의 점도를 가질 정도로 충분한 양의 농축 첨가물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,농축 첨가물이 하기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
    a) 대략0.89내지 0.95의 상대밀도의 범위를 가지는,에틸렌 및 3내지 8개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 하나이상의 α-올레핀의 공중합체 ;
    b) 에틸렌 및 2 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 포화 카르복실산의 하나 이상의 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체 ;
    c) 에틸렌/불포화산 에스테르 공중합체 ;
    d) 에틸렌으로부터 유래된 단위체 및 포화 카르복실산의 비닐 에스테르로부터 유래된 단위 체에 부가적으로 또는 에틸렌으로부터 유래된 단위체 및 불포화산 에스테르로부터 유래된 단위체에 부가적으로, 불포화산 무수물로부터 유래된 단위체를 포함하는 삼성분 공중합체
    e) 에틸렌으로부터 유래된 단위체 및 불포화 산에스테르로부터 유래된 단위체에 부가적으로, 불포화 글리시딜 단량체로부터 유래된 단위체를 포함하는 삼성분공중합체
    f) 에틸렌계 불포화물을 함유하는 카르복실산으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 단량체, 해당 무수물 및 이들산 및 산무수물의 유도체를 공중합체a), b)및 c)로 그라프트하고 삼성분공중합체d)로 그라프트하여 생성되는 그라프트 중합체.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 3 항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리을 100 중량부 당 5 중량부 이상, 바람직하게는 30 내지 110부의 농축 첨가물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올을 폴리에스테르폴리올, 폴리에테르폴리올, 폴리티오에테르폴리올, 폴리아세탈폴리올, 폴리카보네이트폴리올, 폴리에스데르아미드폴리올, 폴리아미드폴리올 및 폴리디엔폴리올로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 100 중량부 당 10 중량부 이상, 바람직하게는 50 내지 1000부의 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 6 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 겔.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 (MDI) 또는 중합체 MDI 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 겔.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 가소화 조성물의 이소시아네이트 관능기 대 히드록실 관능기의 몰비는 0.3 내지 2이고, 바람직하게는, 0.5 내지 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔.
