Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아세탈 수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B), 분자내에 3개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜(C) 및 폴리이소시아네이트(d1) 및 가열하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 생성하는 화합물(d2)로 구성된 구에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물(D)을, 적어도 2개 성분(A) 및 (B)의 용융하에서 전단하에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법으로 수득된 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 사출성형품은 용접부분의 인장강도 및 파단신도가 우수하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 폴리아세탈 수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B), 분자내에 3개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜(C) 및 폴리이소시아네이트(d1) 및 가열하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 생성하는 화합물(d2)로 구성되 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물(D)을, 적어도 2개 성분(A) 및 (B)의 용융하에서 전단하에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 폴리 아세탈 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B), 분자내에 3개 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜(C) 및 폴리이소이아네이트(d1) 및 가열하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 생성하는 화합물(d2)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물(D)이 하기 식을 만족하는 혼합 중량비로 사용되는 방법.
    (A)/(B)=97/3∼60/40 …(1)
    (C)/{(A)+(B)}=0.01/100∼10/100 …(2)
    (D)/{(A)+(B)}=0.01/100∼10/100 …(3)
    여기서, (A),(B),(C) 및 (D)는 각각 성분(A),(B),(C) 및 (D)의 중량을 나타내며, 화합물(D)이 가열하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 생성하는 화합물(d2)일 경우는 생성되는 폴리이소시아네이트에 대한 화학양론적 양을 화합물(D)의 중량을 간주한다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합이 180∼250℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합이 1∼104sec-1의 전단속도로 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 수지(A)로서 190℃에서 2.16㎏의 하중하에 ASTM D1238에 따라 측정시 용융지수가 0.01g/10분 이상인 폴리아세탈 수지가 사용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)으로서 190℃에서 21.6㎏의 하중하에서 ASTM D1238에 따라 측정시 용융 유동율이 0.01g/10분 이상인 폴리우레탄인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)으로서 NCO/OH 몰비 0.5∼2로 디이소아네이트를 디올과 반응시켜 수득한 반응 생성물이 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 다가 알콜(C)로서 분자내에 3∼100개의 탄소원자 및 3∼50개의 히드록실기를 갖는 다가 알콜이 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항의 방법으로 수득된 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항의 방법으로 수득된 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물을 사출 성형하여 수득된 제품.
  11. 제9항의 방법으로 수득된 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물의 사출 성형재로서의 용도.
