Abstract
본 발명은 폴리아세탈 수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B) 및 분자내에 적어도 3개의 히드록실기를 갖는 폴리히드릭 알코올을 180∼250℃의 온도범위에서 또한 상기 폴리아세탈 수지(A) 및 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)이 용융하는 온도에서 전단혼합하는 제1공정과 ; 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을, 폴리이소시아네이트(d1) 및 가열하에서 폴리이소시아네이트를 발생시키는 화합물(d2)로 구성된 군에서 선택한 적어도 한가지 화합물(D)의 존재하에, 180∼250℃의 온도범위에서 또한 상기 폴리아세탈 수지(A) 및 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)이 용융하는 온도에서 전단혼합하는 제2공정으로 구성된 내충격성 폴리아세탈 수지조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법에 의해 제조한 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물은 전기 및 전자기계, 사무기계, 자동차, 산업기계, 장난감 및 스포츠용품등에서의 클립, 스프링, 기어, 베어링, 캠, 레버 등의 부품용 원료로서 유용하다.

Claims (14)
- 폴리아세탈수지(A), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B) 및 분자내에 적어도 3개의 히드록실기를 갖는 폴리히드릭 알코올(C)을, 180∼250℃의 온도범위에서 또한 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A) 및 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)이 용융하는 온도에서 전단혼합하는 제1공정과, 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을 폴리이소시아네이트(d1) 및 가열하에서 폴리이소시아네이트를 발생시키는 화합물(d2)로 구성된 군에서 선택한 적어도 한가지 화합물(D)의 존재하에, 180∼250℃의 온도범위에서 또한 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A) 및 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)이 용융하는 온도에서전단혼합하는 제2공정으로 구성된 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1) 제1공정 및 제2공정을 하나의 압출기를 사용하여 연속적으로 행하여, (2) 상기 압출기는제1 및 제2의 혼합구역을 가지며, (3) 제1혼합구역에서는 제1공정이 행해지고, 제1혼합구역보다 상기 압출기의 다이에 더 가까운 제2혼합구역에서는 상기 화합물(D)가 공급되어 제2공정이 행해지는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을 수분을 제거하기 위해 건조시키고, 건조된 혼합물을 제2공정에 공급하는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을, 혼합물을 구성하는 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A)와 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)이 용융되는 온도에서 건조시키는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을 180∼250℃의 온도에서 건조시키는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, (1) 제1공정 및 제2공정을 하나의 압출기를 사용하여 연속적으로 행하며, (2) 상기 압출기는 제1 및 제2의 혼합구역과, 상기 혼합구역 중간에 위치하며 방출구가 설치되어 있는 건조구역을 가지며, (3) 제1혼합구역에서는 제1공정을 행하고, 제1혼합구역보다 다이에 더 가까운 제2혼합구역에서는 상기 혼합물(D)을 공급하여 제2공정을 행하고, 제1공정에서 얻은 혼합물을 건조구역에서 대기압 이하의 압력으로 유지하여방출구로부터 수분을 배출시켜 건조시키는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A), 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B) 및 상기 폴리히드릭 알코올(C)을 미리 건조하여 수분량을 감소시킨 후, 제1공정에 공급하는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (1) 제1공정 및 제2공정을 하나의 압출기를 사용하여 연속적으로 행하며, (2) 상기 압출기는 제1 및 제2의 혼합구역을 가지며, (3) 제1혼합구역에서는 제1공정이 행해지고, 제1혼합구역보다 상기 압출기의 다이에 더 가까운 제2혼합구역에서는 상기 화합물(D)이 공급되어 제2공정이 행해지는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에 공급하는 혼합물의 수분량이 3,000ppm 이하인 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A)와 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)의 합계량을 10중량부로 할때, 상기 폴리아세탈수지(A)를 97∼40중량부, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄(B)을 3∼60중량부, 상기 폴리히드릭 알코올(C)을 0.01∼10중량부의 비율로 제1 및 제2공정에서 사용하는 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물에 함유된 이소시아네이트의 농도가 20mmol/kg이하인 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법으로 얻은 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물.
- 제12항의 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물로 성형한 성형품.
- 제12항의 내충격성 폴리아세탈수지 조성물의 용융 사출성형용 수지로의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
