Abstract

Elemento calefactor (100) con alta velocidad de calentamiento que consta de una base (101), una capa resistente estructurada (103), que está dispuesta sobre una base (101), y campos de contacto (104, 104'') dispuestos en ambos extremos de la capa resistente (103) solapando la misma, caracterizado porque el elemento calefactor presenta, además, barreras de tope de soldadura (105, 105'') en forma de puente aplicadas sobre las superficies de contacto (104, 104''), porque la banda resistente (103) está formada por una capa de resinato de AuPd o de Au y porque las superficies de contacto (104, 104'') que solapan dicha banda resistente (103) están formadas por un conductor metalizado de capa gruesa de AgPd o PdAu.
