Abstract
Un complejo que comprende un interferón (IFN) de Tipo I y una subunidad del receptor /de interferón humano (IFNAR) que es capaz de unirse al IFN de Tipo I del complejo, en el que dicho IFN de Tipo I es: a) un IFN de tipo I nativo; b) un fragmento de a) que tiene la actividad biológica del IFN de Tipo I; c) una variante de a) o b) que tiene una secuencia al menos 70 % idéntica a la de a) o b), y que tiene la actividad biológica del IFN de Tipo I; d) una variante de a) o b) que es codicado por una secuencia de DNA que hibrida con el complementario de la secuencia nativa de DNA que codifica a) o b) en condiciones moderadamente rigurosas y que tiene la actividad biológica del IFN de Tipo I; o e) una sal o derivado funcional de a), b), c) o d) que tiene la actividad biológica del IFN de Tipo I; y en el que dicho IFNAR es: f ) una cadena de polipéptido de IFNAR humano nativo; g) un fragmento de f ) que tiene actividad biológica de IFNAR; h) una variante de f ) o g) que tiene una secuencia al menos 70 % idéntica a la def)og),yquetiene actividad biológica de IFNAR; i) una variante de f ) o g) que es codificada por una secuencia de DNA que hibrida con el complementario de la secuencia nativa de DNA que codifica f ) o g) en condiciones moderadamente rigurosas y que tiene actividad biológica de IFNAR; o j) una sal o derivado funcional de f ), g), h) o i) que tiene actividad biológica de IFNAR.
