UN METODO PARA CONTROLAR EL CRECIMIENTO DE TEJIDOS TUMOROSOS, SOBRE TODO DE PEQUEÑAS CELULAS DEL PULMON Y CASCINOMAS PROSTALICOS Y SECRECCION ACIDA GASTRICA, QUE ORIGINA Y ES SINTOMA DE ULCERAS PEPTICAS ( EN EL ESOFAGO, GASTRICAS Y DUODENALES). EL TRATAMIENTO CONSISTE EN LA ADMINISTRACCION A PACIENTES QUE LO NECESITAN, DE UNA CANTIDAD EFICAZ DE UN INHIBIDOR DE TIPO BOMBESINA/GRP. SE DESCRIBEN LOS ANTAGONISTAS DE BOMBESINA/GRP QUE SON DERIVADOS DE BOMBESINA/GRP QUE OCURREN DE MANERA NATURAL Y QUE PROCESAN UN ENLACE SULFOXIDO DE TIOMETILENO O DE METILENO CONECTANDO LOS DOS AMINO ACIDOS EN EL EXTREMO TERMINAL CASBOXI IS MODIFIED.
