A PARTIR DEL ADN-TOTAL DE ESTOS SELECTORES SE OBTIENE, MEDIANTE CORTE CON BAM HL CLONACION DE UN FRAGMENTO DE UN TAMAÑO DE 4,0 KB Y SELECCION RESPECTO A LA RESISTENCIA PTT DEL FRAGMENTO ADN, QUE SOPORTA EL GEN DE LA RESISTENCIA (PTC) A LA FOSFINOTRICINA. ESTE ES ADECUADO PARA LA OBTENCION DE PLANTAS MAS RESISTENTES A PTC,Y TAMBIEN COMO MARCADORES DE LA RESISTENCIA, ASI COMO LA N-ACETILACION SELECTIVA DE LA FORMA L DE PTC RACEMICO.
