Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Markisengestell, mit an Gelenkarmen ausschwenkbarem Ausfallprofil, wobei die Gelenkarme an einem Gelenkarmträger gehalten sind, insbesondere an einem Konsolrohr oder einem Gehäuse, wobei ein elektrischer Verbraucher an einem Gelenkarm, am Ausfallprofil oder an mit Gelenkarm oder Ausfallprofil verbundenen Teilen angeordnet ist, der eine elektrische Anbindung aufweist.
- Eine ausschwenkbare Markise, etwa an einem Gebäude oder Fahrzeug, weist ein Markisentuch auf, welches mit einem Ende auf einer Tuchwelle aufwickelbar ist. Dabei ist das Ende vorzugsweise mit einem Keder in einer als Kederschiene wirkenden Längsvertiefung der Tuchwelle gehalten. Ein gegenüberliegendes Ende des Markisentuches kann in gleicher Weise mit einem Keder in einer Kederschiene eines Ausfallprofils gehalten sein. Im eingefahrenen Zustand ist das Markisentuch fast vollständig auf die Tuchwelle aufgewickelt. Hierzu ist die Tuchwelle drehend antreibbar, insbesondere manuell oder elektrisch.
- Das Ausfallprofil ist über Gelenkarme mit einem Konsolrohr, Gehäuse (etwa zur Aufnahme der Tuchwelle) oder anderem Gelenkarmträger verbunden, welcher insbesondere an einer Wand oder einem Dachüberstand befestigt sein kann. Durch eine Federspannung sind die Gelenkarme so beaufschlagt, dass das Ausfallprofil vom Konsolrohr oder Gehäuse weggedrückt wird und das Markisentuch stets auf Spannung gehalten ist. Die Gelenkarme liegen in einer Ebene mit dem Konsolrohr oder Gehäuse und dem Ausfallprofil und sollen gegen ein Verbiegen in vertikaler Richtung stabil sein. Vorzugsweise trägt das Konsolrohr die Tuchwelle oder ein Gehäuse für die Tuchwelle. Möglich ist auch eine Ausführung ohne Konsolrohr, wenn die Tuchwelle auf andere Weise ausreichend stabil gehalten werden kann.
- Am Ausfallprofil oder an damit verbundenen Bauteilen können elektrische Verbraucher vorgesehen sein, etwa eine Beleuchtung oder andere Verbraucher. Gespeist werden die elektrischen Verbraucher aus einem Trenntrafo mit Schutzspannung von 12 bis 24 Volt.
- Aus der
DE 295 14 745 U1 ist eine Gelenkarmmarkise mit Beleuchtung bekannt. Auf Oberseiten der Gelenkarme sind Kabelkanäle vorgesehen, in denen stromführende Kabel verlegt sind. Kabelkanal und Kabel sind zusätzliche Bauteile, die von der Seite aus sichtbar und optisch störend sind und die bei der Montage zusätzlichen Aufwand verursachen. - Die
EP 1 541 776 B1 offenbart eine Kabelführung, die innerhalb des Befestigungsprofiles verläuft, und durch die elektrische Versorgungsleitungen hindurch verlaufen. - Die
DE 20 2016 104 940 U1 offenbart in ihrerFigur 2 schienenartige Aufnahmen für eine integrierbare Beleuchtung. - Die
WO 2015/175990 A1 offenbart, wie die Verlegung von Kabeln in Ausfallprofilen einer Markise erfolgen kann durch das Vorsehen stromführender Schienen im Inneren des Ausfallprofils. Diese stromführenden Schienen sind durch Verbraucher kontaktierbar. Die Stromzufuhr zum Ausfallprofil erfolgt über im Inneren verlegte Kabel oder stromführende Schienen. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Markisengestells mit der Möglichkeit einer unauffälligeren und/oder einfacheren elektrischen Anbindung von elektrischen Verbrauchern im Bereich des Ausfallprofils.
- Zur Lösung der Aufgabe weist das Markisengestell die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 auf. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Gelenkarme wenigstens teilweise elektrisch leitend sind. Dadurch sind die Gelenkarme zumindest teilweise selbst stromführend, sodass nicht zusätzlich elektrische Leitungen verlegt werden müssen. Vorzugsweise sind die Gelenkarme vollständig oder nahezu vollständig elektrisch leitend. Hilfreich im Sinne der Aufgabenstellung können aber auch elektrisch leitende Teile oder Abschnitte der Gelenkarme sein, da dann zumindest in diesen Bereichen keine elektrische Leitung verlegt werden muss.
- Die Gelenkarme können aus elektrisch leitendem Werkstoff hergestellt oder mit einer entsprechenden Beschichtung versehen sein. Bei dem Werkstoff und/oder der Beschichtung handelt es sich insbesondere um ein gut elektrisch leitendes Metall. Als gut elektrisch leitendes Metall gilt auch eine entsprechende Legierung. Insbesondere enthalten der Werkstoff oder die Beschichtung einen hohen Aluminium- oder Kupferanteil. Bei Verwendung einer Beschichtung kann diese gezielt dort nicht aufgetragen werden, wo eine Isolierung sinnvoll ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Gelenkarme zur Verbindung von Gelenkarmteilen Schwenkgelenke und insbesondere Gelenkstifte aufweisen, wobei die Schwenkgelenke und insbesondere Gelenkstifte derart elektrisch leitend und miteinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom von einem Gelenkarmteil über das Schwenkgelenk zum verbundenen Gelenkarmteil fließen kann. Das heißt, über Schwenkgelenke verbundene Gelenkarmteile können auch elektrisch über die Schwenkgelenke miteinander verbunden sein. Dies ist beispielsweise möglich durch Verwendung elektrisch leitender Werkstoffe im Bereich der Schwenkgelenke und/oder Gelenkstifte.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann wenigstens ein Gelenkarm über einen Gelenkarmhalter mit dem Gelenkarmträger verbunden sein, wobei Gelenkarm und Gelenkarmhalter über ein Haltergelenk mit Gelenkstift verbunden sind, und wobei Haltergelenk und Gelenkstift derart elektrisch leitend untereinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom vom Gelenkarmhalter über das Haltergelenk zum Gelenkarm fließen kann. Somit überträgt das Haltergelenk elektrischen Strom.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann wenigstens ein Gelenkarm über einen Ausfallprofilhalter mit dem Ausfallprofil verbunden sein, wobei Gelenkarm und Ausfallprofilhalter über ein Ausfallgelenk mit Gelenkstift verbunden sind, und wobei Ausfallgelenk und Gelenkstift derart elektrisch leitend und miteinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom vom Ausfallprofilhalter über das Ausfallgelenk zum Gelenkarm - oder umgekehrt - fließen kann. In dieser Ausführungsform kann auch über das Ausfallgelenk Strom fließen.
- Vorteilhafterweise sind der Gelenkarmhalter und/oder der Ausfallprofilhalter mit einem elektrisch leitenden Anschluss versehen. Insbesondere handelt es sich um eine Klemm- oder Steckverbindung für eine Spannungszufuhr in den Gelenkarmhalter bzw. Ausfallprofilhalter. Vorzugsweise sind das Konsolrohr/der Gelenkarmträger und/oder das Ausfallprofil nicht elektrisch leitend.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann wenigstens einer der Gelenkarme gegenüber dem Gelenkarmträger und/oder Ausfallprofil elektrisch isoliert sein, insbesondere durch eine Isolierlage zwischen dem Gelenkarmträger und einem Gelenkarmhalter und/oder zwischen dem Ausfallprofil und dem Ausfallprofilhalter.
- Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung kann wenigstens ein Gelenkarm über einen Ausfallprofilhalter mit dem Ausfallprofil verbunden sein, wobei Gelenkarm und Ausfallprofilhalter über ein Ausfallgelenk mit Gelenkstift verbunden sind, und wobei Ausfallgelenk und Gelenkstift derart elektrisch isoliert ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass der Ausfallprofilhalter zum Gelenkarm elektrisch isoliert ist. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, dass der Ausfallprofilhalter in dieser Ausführung selbst nicht spannungsführend ist. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann der Ausfallprofilhalter elektrisch isolierend ausgebildet sein, insbesondere aus Kunststoff.
- Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm über einen Gelenkarmhalter mit dem Gelenkarmträger verbunden ist, dass Gelenkarm und Gelenkarmhalter über ein Haltergelenk mit Gelenkstift verbunden sind und derart elektrisch isoliert ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass der Gelenkarmhalter zum Gelenkarm elektrisch isoliert ist. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, dass der Gelenkarmhalter in dieser Ausführung selbst nicht spannungsführend ist.
- Vorteilhafterweise sitzen einer oder mehrere der Gelenkstifte in elektrisch isolierenden Lagerbuchsen des Haltergelenks oder Ausfallgelenks. Die Lagerbuchsen können einen umlaufenden Kragen aufweisen, der insbesondere Gelenkarmhalter/Ausfallprofilhalter und Gelenkarm gegeneinander isoliert und/oder Gelenkarm und Gelenkstift. Zum Gelenkstift zählen auch eine Mutter oder eine Scheibe mit Mutter.
- Erfindungsgemäß kann wenigstens ein Gelenkarm ein zum Ausfallprofil und/oder zum Gelenkarmträger weisendes Ende mit einem elektrisch leitenden Anschluss aufweisen. Der Anschluss ist zur Spannungsentnahme vorgesehen und insbesondere eine Klemm- oder Steckverbindung am Ende des Gelenkarms.
- Im Rahmen der Erfindung kann ein Gelenkarm als elektrischer Leiter mit Anschluss an einen Pluspol und ein anderer Gelenkarm als Leiter mit Anschluss an einen Minuspol verwendbar oder vorgesehen sein. Auf diese Weise kann über zwei Gelenkarme ein Gleichstrom übertragen werden. Die elektrische Spannung ist vorzugsweise für den Menschen ungefährlich und beträgt insbesondere 12 V oder 24 V.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist ein elektrischer Verbraucher an einem der Gelenkarme, am Ausfallprofil oder an mit Gelenkarmen oder dem Ausfallprofil verbundenen Teilen vorgesehen. Das heißt, der elektrische Verbraucher kann auch mittelbar mit dem Ausfallprofil oder mit den Gelenkarmen verbunden sein, beispielsweise eine Leuchte mit Leuchtenhalter, welcher am Ausfallprofil oder am Gelenkarm befestigt ist.
- Mittelbar oder unmittelbar kann am Ausfallprofil ein elektrischer Antrieb als Verbraucher vorgesehen sein, etwa in Verbindung mit einer zusätzlichen Abschattungseinrichtung.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch eine Markise mit Tuchwelle, Markisentuch und Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
- Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung im Übrigen und aus den Ansprüchen. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 3 . - Ein Markisengestell 10 weist gemäß
Fig. 1 ein Konsolrohr 11, zwei Gelenkarme 12, 13 und ein Ausfallprofil 14 auf. Die Gelenkarme 12, 13 sind mit Gelenkarmhaltern 15 an einem Gelenkarmträger befestigt, der hier ein Konsolrohr 11 ist. Letzteres wird auch als Tragrohr bezeichnet und ist zur Befestigung an einer Wand, Fassade oder einem Dachüberstand vorgesehen. Außerdem trägt das Konsolrohr 11 eine hier nicht gezeigte Tuchrolle mit Markisentuch und elektrischem Antrieb zur Drehung der Tuchrolle. Alternativ kann der Gelenkarmträger ein Gehäuse für die Tuchrolle sein oder ein anderes Bauteil, welches hauptsächlich oder zusätzlich als Träger für die Gelenkarmhalter 15 dient. Das Ausfallprofil 14 ist mit freien Enden 16 der Gelenkarme 12, 13 verbunden. - Die Gelenkarme 12 sind hier dreifach gelenkig gehalten bzw. ausgebildet:
- Ein Haltergelenk 17 verbindet die Gelenkarme 12, 13 mit den Gelenkarmhaltern 15.
- Ein Schwenkgelenk 18 ist in jeden Gelenkarm 12, 13 integriert und verbindet ein dem Konsolrohr 11 zugewandtes inneres Gelenkarmteil 19 mit einem dem Ausfallprofil 14 zugewandten, äußeren Gelenkarmteil 20.
- Ein Ausfallgelenk 21 verbindet jeden äußeren Gelenkarmteil 20 mit dem Ausfallprofil 14 oder, wie in
Fig. 4 dargestellt, mit einem Ausfallprofilhalter 22. Im letztgenannten Fall ist das Ausfallprofil 14 mit den beiden Ausfallprofilhaltern 22 verbunden. - Ein hier nicht dargestelltes Markisentuch ist am Ausfallprofil 14 angeschlagen. Beim Strecken der Gelenkarme 12, 13 wird das Markisentuch von der nicht gezeigten Tuchrolle abgezogen. Üblicherweise sind in die Gelenkarme 12, 13 Federn integriert, die eine Streckung der Gelenkarme 12, 13 bewirken. Auf diese Weise wird das Markisentuch stets nach außen gezogen. Mit dem Antrieb der Tuchrolle ist ein Einfahren (oder Ausfahren) des Markisentuches möglich.
- Am Ausfallprofil 14 kann mittelbar oder unmittelbar ein hier nicht gezeigter elektrischer Verbraucher vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise eine Leuchte. Zur Stromversorgung des elektrischen Verbrauchers sind die Gelenkarme 12, 13 aus elektrisch leitendem Material ausgebildet, insbesondere aus Metall. Beispielsweise sind die Gelenkarme 12, 13 aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung gefertigt. Als elektrischer Verbraucher kann auch ein nicht gezeigter Antriebsmotor für eine zusätzliche Abschattungseinrichtung vorgesehen sein. Beispielsweise kann am Ausfallprofil 14 ein verstellbarer vertikaler Behang angeordnet sein. Die Verstellung kann durch den Antriebsmotor erfolgen. Die Gelenkarme 12, 13 müssen keine zusätzlichen Einrichtungen zur Drehmoment-Übertragung aufweisen.
- Haltergelenke 17 und Schwenkgelenke 18 sind so ausgebildet, dass darüber mit möglichst geringem elektrischem Widerstand Strom fließen kann. Hierzu weisen Haltergelenke 17 und Schwenkgelenke 18 elektrisch leitende Gelenkstifte 23, 24 auf. Im Bereich von Haltergelenken 17 und Schwenkgelenken 18 können auch elektrisch leitende Schmiermittel vorgesehen sein.
- Die Gelenkarmhalter 15 sind mit einem Anschluss 25 für eine Stromzufuhr versehen. Über die Anschlüsse 25 kann eine Spannung angelegt werden, beispielsweise eine Gleichspannung mit einem Minuspol am Anschluss 25 des Gelenkarms 13 und einem Pluspol am Anschluss 25 des Gelenkarms 12.
- Der Gelenkarmhalter 15 ist hier als U-förmiges Profil ausgebildet, dessen Schenkel 26, 27 das Konsolrohr 11 zwischen sich aufnehmen und dessen Steg 28 mit einem Gelenkansatz 29 verbunden ist. Letzterer trägt den Gelenkstift 23. Der Strom fließt über den Anschluss 25, den oberen Schenkel 26, den Steg 28, den Gelenkansatz 29 und den Gelenkstift 23 zum Gelenkarm 12 bzw. 13 oder umgekehrt.
- Um das Konsolrohr 11 spannungsfrei zu halten, ist zwischen Gelenkarmhalter 15 und Konsolrohr 11 eine Isolierung 30 vorgesehen, insbesondere vollständig um das Konsolrohr 11 herum. Dieses ist hier als Vierkantrohr ausgebildet.
- Die Gelenkarme 12, 13 sind im Bereich der freien Enden 16 mit einem Anschluss 31 zur Abnahme des Stroms versehen. Das heißt, in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel fließt der Strom nicht durch das Ausfallgelenk 21, sondern wird vorher von den Gelenkarmen 12, 13 abgenommen bzw. eingespeist. Damit das Ausfallprofil 14 und/oder der Ausfallprofilhalter 22 spannungsfrei bleibt, ist das Ausfallgelenk 21 mit zwei isolierenden Lagerbuchsen 32 ausgestattet, in denen ein Bolzen 33 als Gelenkstift mit Mutter 34 gehalten ist. Der Bolzen 33 hält außerdem den Ausfallprofilhalter 22 drehbar auf dem freien Ende 16. Hierzu weisen der Ausfallprofilhalter 22 und die freien Enden 16 eine passende Bohrung 35 auf, durch die der Bolzen 33 gesteckt ist.
- Die Lagerbuchsen 32 weisen jeweils einen ebenfalls isolierenden Kragen 36 auf, der einerseits den Ausfallprofilhalter 22 vom freien Ende 16 trennt und der andererseits das freie Ende 16 von der Mutter 34 oder einer darunter liegenden Scheibe 37 trennt.
- Wie oben dargestellt, kann über das Haltergelenk 17 Strom fließen, nicht jedoch über das Ausfallgelenk 21. Alternativ kann das Haltergelenk 17 analog zum Ausfallgelenk 21 isolierend ausgebildet sein. Ebenfalls alternativ kann über das Ausfallgelenk 21 analog zum Haltergelenk 17 Strom fließen.
- Der Schutzumfang der vorliegenden Erfindung wird durch die angefügten Ansprüche definiert.

Claims (13)
- Markisengestell (10) mit an Gelenkarmen (12, 13) ausschwenkbarem Ausfallprofil (14), wobei die Gelenkarme (12, 13) an einem Gelenkarmträger gehalten sind, insbesondere an einem Konsolrohr (11) oder einem Gehäuse, wobei ein elektrischer Verbraucher an einem Gelenkarm (12, 13), am Ausfallprofil (14) oder an mit Gelenkarm (12, 13) oder Ausfallprofil (14) verbundenen Teilen angeordnet ist, der eine elektrische Anbindung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Anbindung ausgeführt ist, indem die Gelenkarme (12, 13) wenigstens teilweise elektrisch leitend und selbst stromführend sind, wobei die Gelenkarme (12, 13) zur Verbindung von Gelenkarmteilen (19, 20) Schwenkgelenke (18) mit Gelenkstiften (24) aufweisen, wobei die Schwenkgelenke (18) und Gelenkstifte (24) derart elektrisch leitend und miteinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom von einem Gelenkarmteil (19) über das Schwenkgelenk (18) zum verbundenen Gelenkarmteil (20) - oder umgekehrt - fließen kann.
- Markisengestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) über einen Gelenkarmhalter (15) mit dem Gelenkarmträger verbunden ist, dass Gelenkarm (12, 13) und Gelenkarmhalter (15) über ein Haltergelenk (17) mit Gelenkstift (23) verbunden sind, wobei Haltergelenk (17) und Gelenkstift (23) derart elektrisch leitend und miteinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom vom Gelenkarmhalter (15) über das Haltergelenk (17) zum Gelenkarm (12, 13) - oder umgekehrt - fließen kann.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) über einen Ausfallprofilhalter (22) mit dem Ausfallprofil (14) verbunden ist, dass Gelenkarm (12, 13) und Ausfallprofilhalter (22) über ein Ausfallgelenk (21) mit Gelenkstift (33) verbunden sind, wobei Ausfallgelenk (21) und Gelenkstift (33) derart elektrisch leitend und miteinander in Kontakt stehend sind, dass Strom vom Ausfallprofilhalter (22) über das Ausfallgelenk (21) zum Gelenkarm (12, 13) - oder umgekehrt - fließen kann.
- Markisengestellt nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkarmhalter (15) und/oder der Ausfallprofilhalter (22) einen elektrisch leitenden Anschluss (25) aufweisen.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Gelenkarme (12, 13) gegenüber dem Gelenkarmträger und/oder dem Ausfallprofil (14) elektrisch isoliert ist, insbesondere durch eine Isolierlage (30) zwischen dem Gelenkarmträger und einem Gelenkarmhalter (15) und/oder zwischen dem Ausfallprofil (14) und dem Ausfallprofilhalter (22).
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) über einen Ausfallprofilhalter (22) mit dem Ausfallprofil (14) verbunden ist, dass Gelenkarm (12, 13) und Ausfallprofilhalter (22) über ein Ausfallgelenk (21) mit Gelenkstift (33) verbunden und derart elektrisch isoliert ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass der Ausfallsprofilhalter (22) zum Gelenkarm (12, 13) elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) über einen Gelenkarmhalter (11) mit dem Gelenkarmträger verbunden ist, dass Gelenkarm (12, 13) und Gelenkarmhalter (15) über ein Haltergelenk (17) mit Gelenkstift (23) verbunden sind und derart elektrisch isoliert ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass der Gelenkarmhalter (15) zum Gelenkarm (12, 13) elektrisch isoliert ist.
- Markisengestell nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder mehrere der Gelenkstifte (23, 33) in elektrisch isolierenden Lagerbuchsen (32) sitzen.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) ein zum Ausfallprofil (14) und/oder zum Gelenkarmträger weisendes Ende (16) mit einem elektrisch leitenden Anschluss (31) aufweist.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gelenkarm (12, 13) als elektrischer Leiter mit Anschluss an einen Pluspol und ein anderer Gelenkarm (12, 13) als elektrischer Leiter mit Anschluss an einen Minuspol verwendbar oder vorgesehen ist.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Leuchte als elektrischer Verbraucher.
- Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Verbraucher ein Antriebsmotor ist, insbesondere für eine Abschattungseinrichtung.
- Markise mit Tuchwelle, Markisentuch und Markisengestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
