Claims (7)
- Couvercle métallique de boîte (1), présentant une ouverture refermable, en particulier pour des canettes de boissons ainsi que pour des récipients destinés à la conservation de denrées alimentaires et d'autres produits liquides, pâteux, pulvérulents ou solides, présentant une micro-fente (4) ou ligne d'affaiblissement prévue dans la surface métallique du couvercle et entourant ladite ouverture, un cadre d'étanchéité (5) en matière plastique relié à la surface de couvercle fixe (2) et entourant la zone d'ouverture, une unité de fermeture (6) en matière plastique qui est reliée à la zone de couvercle (3) métallique pivotant vers le haut, située à l'intérieur de la micro-fente (4) ou de la ligne d'affaiblissement, et qui est montée de manière pivotante sur la surface de couvercle fixe (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier de pivotement (7) et qui est de préférence pourvue d'un organe d'arrachage (8) qui est relié à l'unité de fermeture (6) de manière à pouvoir pivoter vers le haut en étant diamétralement à l'opposé du palier de pivotement (7),dans lequel le cadre d'étanchéité (5) et l'unité de fermeture (6) coopèrent de manière étanche par l'intermédiaire de nervures d'étanchéité et d'encliquetage (12, 13, 14) et de rainures de réception associées (15, 16, 17), et la zone de couvercle (3) métallique située à l'intérieur de la micro-fente périphérique (4) ou de la ligne d'affaiblissement est reçue et maintenue dans la zone d'ouverture du couvercle (1),les nervures d'étanchéité et d'encliquetage (12, 13, 14) forment, avec les rainures de réception (15, 16, 17), au moins deux, de préférence trois arêtes d'étanchéité (18, 19, 20),caractérisé en ce queles arêtes d'étanchéité sont réalisées de telle sorte que lors de l'ouverture du couvercle de boîte (1) l'arête d'étanchéité (18) située radialement le plus à l'intérieur assure encore une étanchéité alors que l'arête d'étanchéité située radialement le plus à l'extérieur ou les arêtes d'étanchéité (19, 20) situées radialement le plus à l'extérieur viennent d'être détachées.

une nervure d'encliquetage (12) prévue sur le cadre d'étanchéité (5) présente un crochet (21) dirigé vers l'extérieur, qui coopère avec une saillie d'encliquetage correspondante (22), dirigée vers l'intérieur, d'une rainure de réception associée de l'unité de fermeture (6). - Couvercle de boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'organe d'arrachage (8) présente une traversée (23) dans laquelle s'engage un prolongement (24) de l'unité de fermeture (6), le prolongement (24) étant relié solidairement, en particulier par coopération de matière, à l'organe d'arrachage (8) de telle sorte que le prolongement (24) est arraché de l'unité de fermeture (6) lors du pivotement vers le haut de l'organe d'arrachage (8). - Couvercle de boîte selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la traversée (23) et le prolongement (24) sont prévus dans la zone du palier de pivotement de l'organe d'arrachage (8).
