技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有可重新封闭的开口的金属罐端件,所述金属罐端件特别用于饮料罐和用于储存食品及其他液体产品、糊状产品、粉状产品和/或固体产品的容器。
背景技术
具有可重新封闭的开口的罐端件从EP 1607341 A1可知,其中在金属罐端件中引入开口,并且此开口的边缘被卷边,以产生预制塑料封闭部件的锚固可能性。塑料封闭部件包括基底部件,其连接到罐开口的卷边边缘,并且在其中形成通过平坦塞子封闭的开口。平坦塞子经由塑料撕裂缝连接到开口边缘,使得连接到撕裂片的平坦塞子可以通过施加拉力经由撕裂片从基底塑料部件释放并且可以枢转到开口位置。开口可以通过按压平坦塞子再次暂时封闭,所述平坦塞子在其下侧优选是圆锥形的。

发明内容
本发明的主题是提供一种可重新封闭的罐端件,其在制造中是尤其有利的,并且一方面尤其易于致动且另一方面具有良好的密封特性。
此主题通过具有权利要求1的特征的金属罐端件实现。
微间隙确保罐端件的尤其简单的打开,但是弱化线(weakening line)通常也是合适的。有效的封闭和重新封闭可以经由密封闩锁肋(sealing and latching rib)并且经由相关联的接收凹槽来实现。在这方面尤其有利的是将密封框架粘结到固定端表面并且将封闭单元粘结到可向上枢转的金属端区域。
根据本发明,密封闩锁肋与接收凹槽形成至少两个、优选三个密封边缘,其中密封边缘被配置为使得在罐端件的开口上,当径向上靠外的密封边缘或两个径向上靠外的密封边缘刚被释放时,径向最内的密封边缘仍密封。以此方式可实现由罐端件封闭的罐的所谓排气,即在罐端件完全打开之前的缓慢压降。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,径向最内的密封边缘与端表面相距的距离大于另一个密封边缘或两个其他密封边缘与端表面相距的距离。因此,最内的密封边缘在另一个密封边缘之后或在两个其他密封边缘之后释放,使得实现所述排气。
根据本发明的尤其优选的实施方式,至少径向最内的密封边缘在平面中延伸,该平面相对于设置在微间隙或弱化线内的端区域的平面倾斜,其中在远离枢轴轴承的侧上,两个平面彼此相距的距离最大。通过该实施方式可实现的是,最内的密封边缘在其整个外周上方密封持续如此长的时间,直到靠外的密封边缘或两个外密封边缘已被释放。

具体实施方式
附图中所示的罐端件1包括金属,特别是铝,并且具有可重新封闭的开口。出于此目的,在固定端表面2旁边设置可向上枢转的端区域3。可向上枢转的端区域3通过外周微间隙4或通过弱化线(具体参见图6)与固定端区域2分开。
由塑料材料构成并且围绕开口区域的密封框架5连接到固定端表面2,并且实际上特别是通过所谓的热熔工艺使用粘结剂进行,以确保与端件的铝牢固连接。此外,同样由塑料构成并且经由枢轴轴承7可枢转地附接到固定端表面2的封闭单元6进一步连接到可向上枢转的金属端区域3。枢轴轴承7和封闭单元6进而特别是使用粘结剂经由热熔连接来连接到固定端表面2或可向上枢转的端区域3。
封闭单元在与枢轴轴承7在直径方向上相对的一侧处连接到可向上枢转的撕开构件8,所述撕开构件以非向上枢转的状态与上端侧9平行布置。撕开构件8以已知的方式形成为环形,并且可以通过在与端表面相对的接合端10中被手指接合来绕枢轴轴承11向上枢转。
密封框架5和封闭单元6经由密封框架5处的密封闩锁肋12、13、14并且经由在封闭单元6处的相关联的接收凹槽15、16、17来以密封方式配合。由此形成三个密封边缘18、19、20,罐端件的开口区域通过所述密封边缘密封。由此在使用可向上枢转的端区域3与固定端区域2之间的微间隙4时,还确保了罐端件的不透性。
如在图6中可具体看到,径向最内的密封边缘18比两个其他的密封边缘19和20更远离端表面。因此,当两个靠外的密封边缘19和20已经刚好在罐端件的开口上释放时,最内的密封边缘18仍然密封。罐内部的所谓排气,即在完全打开之前的缓慢压力下降,可能以此方式发生。
如在图9和图10中可具体看到,径向最内的密封边缘18在相对于端平面II倾斜的平面I中延伸。在此,倾斜度例如为1-2°,特别是1.5°。由此确保了当两个靠外的密封边缘19、20已刚释放时,最内的密封边缘18在端区域3在所述密封边缘18的整个外周上方向上枢转时仍密封。因此,在罐内部排气时,防止了液体从罐内部移动到外部。
如在图5和图6中可具体识别出,设置在密封框架5处的径向最外的密封闩锁肋12具有朝外的钩子21,该朝外的钩子与封闭单元6的相关联接收器15的对应朝内的闩锁突起22配合。由此实现了,当例如由于罐中的升高的内部压力而引起罐端件向上拱起时,密封闩锁肋12越来越多地与接收器15或其闩锁突起互锁。
如在图2和图6中可具体看到,撕开构件8具有孔23,封闭单元6的延长部24接合到该孔中。延长部24如此牢固地连接到撕开构件8(特别是粘结),使得在撕开构件8向上枢转时,延长部24从封闭单元6撕下。例如,可实现这种牢固连接的方式是,在该塑料部件的注射模制之后,最初熔化延长部24,使得其牢固地连接到撕开构件8的形成孔23的部分。这可例如通过一种烙铁来实现。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有可重新封闭的开口的金属罐端件,所述金属罐端件特别用于饮料罐和用于储存食品及其他液体产品、糊状产品、粉状产品或固体产品的容器,所述金属罐端件具有设置在金属端表面中并且在所述开口周围外周的微间隙(4)或弱化线,具有由塑料材料构成的连接到固定端表面(2)并且围绕开口区域的密封框架(5),具有由塑料材料制成的封闭单元(6),所述封闭单元(6)连接到设置在所述微间隙(4)或所述弱化线内的可向上枢转的金属端区域(3),经由枢轴轴承(7)可枢转地附接到所述固定端表面(2),并且优选设置有与所述枢轴轴承(7)沿直径相对的可向上枢转地连接到所述封闭单元(6)的撕开构件(8),其中所述密封框架(5)和所述封闭单元(6)经由密封闩锁肋(12、13、14)和相关联的接收凹槽(15、16、17)以密封方式配合,并且设置在外周微间隙(4)或弱化线内的所述金属端区域(3)被接收并保持在端件(1)的所述开口区域中,并且其中所述密封闩锁肋(12、13、14)与所述接收凹槽(15、16、17)形成密封边缘(18、19、20),
其特征在于,
一方面的所述密封闩锁肋(12、13、14)和另一方面的所述接收凹槽(15、16、17)被配置为使得它们通过向上拱起的罐端件(1)越来越彼此互锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐端件,
其特征在于,
设置在所述密封框架(5)处的闩锁肋(12)具有朝外的钩子(21),所述钩子(21)与所述封闭单元(6)的相关联接收凹槽的对应朝内的闩锁突起(22)配合。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的罐端件,
其特征在于,
所述撕开构件(8)具有孔(23),所述封闭单元(6)的延长部(24)接合到所述孔(23)中,其中所述延长部(24)牢固地连接到、特别是粘结到所述撕开构件(8)使得在所述撕开构件(8)向上枢转时,所述延长部(24)从所述封闭单元(6)撕下。
4.根据权利要求3所述的罐端件,
其特征在于,
所述孔(23)和所述延长部(24)设置在所述撕开构件(8)的枢轴轴承的区域中。
