Definitions

  • suspension devices have been arranged on the frame parts of the scaffolding, each consisting of four fingers protruding from the frame parts with a tiltable or pivotable end section.
  • openings are provided at the ends of the struts of the diagonal crosses, which are pushed over the fingers.
  • the end sections of the four fingers are then pivoted so that the ends of the struts of the diagonal cross can no longer automatically slide down from the receiving fingers and the diagonal cross is securely anchored to the framework.
  • JP 2005 127036 A discloses a shoring with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention proposes a shoring according to claim 1, with at least one suspension device for a diagonal cross stiffening the shoring, the suspension device Having receiving fingers for openings provided at the ends of the diagonal cross and wherein two first receiving fingers of the suspension device each have a fixed angled end section and the first receiving fingers opposite second receiving fingers have a pivotable end section.
  • One end of the two struts of the diagonal cross can be hung with its opening in the first receiving fingers with angled end sections, and the openings on the other ends of the struts can each be pushed over one of the second receiving fingers with a pivotable end section before the end sections of the second receiving fingers are secured of the diagonal cross can be pivoted.
  • the upper or lower ends of the diagonal cross can be hooked into the first receiving fingers.
  • the angled end sections ensure that the ends of the cross do not slide off the first pick-up fingers again while the opposite ends of the crosses are pushed onto the second pick-up fingers.
  • the subsequent pivoting of the end sections of the second fingers is also possible without any problems, without the diagonal cross slipping off the first receiving fingers again. This means that a diagonal cross can easily be assembled by one person alone.
  • the openings in the free end areas of the diagonal crosses each have a diameter as breakthrough openings that is smaller than the extension or size of the pick-up fingers, the size of which is composed of a base section and an end section.
  • the angled end portions of the first pick-up fingers may form an angle of 20° to 70° with a base portion of the pick-up fingers.
  • the angled end section is rigidly, immovably connected to the base section. This angular range enables the diagonal crossing ends to be easily hooked in and, at the same time, the ends to be sufficiently secured after hooking in.
  • the end sections of the second pick-up fingers can be pivotable between a position parallel to a base section of the second pick-up fingers and a position essentially perpendicular to the base section.
  • the ends of the diagonal cross braces can be easily pushed onto the second receiving fingers. After pivoting the end sections into the 90° position, the diagonal cross is secured to the scaffolding.
  • the end sections of the second receiving fingers can be locked in the two end positions via a locking mechanism of the second receiving fingers.
  • a locking mechanism of the second receiving fingers When the diagonal crossing ends are slid onto the second receiving fingers, an unintentional adjustment of the end sections of the fingers, which could impede the sliding, can thereby be avoided. Unintentional release of the locking of the diagonal cross is made more difficult by such a locking.
  • the end portions of the first and second pick-up fingers are tapered tapered outwards to make it easier to slide on the diagonal crossing ends.
  • the supporting structure can be composed of several frames, each of which is provided with at least one suspension device for a diagonal cross.
  • the shoring can be adapted to the intended use, with diagonal crosses being able to be mounted on each frame where this is required.
  • Two frames can also be connected to each other with a diagonal cross. It is also advantageous if the first and second receiving fingers of the suspension device are each arranged in the corner regions of a frame. This allows the diagonal crosses to exert the best supporting force on the frames.
  • the frames can also be rotated by 180° and assembled or plugged together. If the frames are rotated 180°, the pick-up fingers with a rigid angled end section are at the top and the pick-up fingers with a movable, pivoting end section are at the bottom.
  • the diagonal crosses stiffening the shoring can first be threaded in and hooked in quickly and with increased safety and then the lower openings in the area of the free ends of the diagonal crosses are pivoted into the lower receiving fingers with the movable end sections and secured in position there via the movable end sections. For this purpose, the end sections are pivoted into a position which covers the openings of the diagonal crosses and reliably prevents the diagonal crosses from being pulled off these receiving fingers.
  • a preferred embodiment of a frame of a shoring according to the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
  • the locking device of claim 1 is not explicitly shown in any of the figures.
  • FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a frame 10 of a shoring not shown here, which consists of a plurality of frames 10 but other, for example, higher frame can be assembled.
  • the frame 10 has two side tubes 12,14 which are connected to one another by two cross tubes 16,18.
  • the side tubes 12, 14 can be screwed at their ends to tubes of other frames 10 (not shown) and/or plugged together.
  • first receiving fingers 20, 22 and in an upper area second receiving fingers 24, 26 for attaching a diagonal cross are attached to the side pipes 12, 14 in the lower area.
  • the four ends of a diagonal cross which are provided with openings, can be hooked into these receiving fingers 20 to 26 .
  • the lower ends of the diagonal cross are first threaded into the first receiving fingers 20, 22 and hooked in, and then the upper ends of the diagonal cross are pushed onto the second receiving fingers 24, 26.
  • the diagonal cross is then secured in position on the recording finders 24, 26.
  • a location backup is made with reference to the 2 and 3 described in more detail.
  • FIG. 2 shows an enlarged detail view of the first pick-up finger 20.
  • This has an end section 20.1, which is angled downwards, running rigidly, in relation to a base section 20.2.
  • an opening in the lower end of one of the struts of a diagonal cross can be hung from below over the end section 20.1 and held on the base section 20.2.
  • the angled shape of the end section 20.1 can prevent the strut from unintentionally detaching if a slight upward force is exerted on the diagonal cross. Simultaneously or the lower end of the second strut of the diagonal cross is hung onto the receiving finger 22 at a different time than the first strut was hooked in.
  • the upper ends of the struts of the diagonal cross can then be pushed onto the second receiving fingers 24, 26.
  • the configuration of the second fingers 24, 26 is illustrated using the example of finger 24 in 3 clarified.
  • the pick-up finger 24 has an end section 24.1 which is articulated to a base section 24.2. As a result, the end section 24.1 can be brought from a position parallel to the base section 24.2 into the position shown at an angle of 90°. When the end section 24.1 is aligned parallel to the base section 24.2, both sections form a long finger onto which the upper end of one of the struts of a diagonal cross with an opening can be pushed. The end section 24.1 is then pivoted into the 90° position, thereby locking the strut in the receiving finger 24.
  • the upper end of the second strut of the diagonal cross is pushed onto the receiving finger 26 and locked by it. Due to the locking, the end section 24.1 protrudes beyond the diameter of the opening. In other words, the end portion overhangs the opening and blocks withdrawal of the diagonal cross from the pickup fingers 24, 26.
  • first and second receiving fingers 20 to 26 makes it possible to attach a diagonal cross to the frame 10 by just one person.
  • the process of attaching the diagonal cross is significantly easier and faster than prior art frames with four lockable, movable pick-up fingers.
  • Pushing on or hanging in the ends of the diagonal cross is also made easier in that the end sections 20.1, 24.1 of the receiving fingers 20 to 26 taper conically towards the ends.
  • figure 4 shows parts of a shoring 40 under construction, which is composed of four frames 10 in the construction stage shown.
  • the four frames 10 are already reinforced on one side with a first diagonal cross 42, which has openings 43 at its free ends.
  • the first diagonal cross 42 is over in the figure 4 pick-up fingers 20, 22, not shown, attached with rigid end sections and in pick-up fingers 24 and 26, as in figure 1 shown, also attached and secured via the movable end sections.
  • the attached frames 10 are connected to one another via a second diagonal cross 44 in that the openings 43 of the second diagonal cross 44 are slipped onto the receiving fingers 20, 24.
  • the shown first and second diagonal crosses 42, 44 opposite (not shown in the figure), two diagonal crosses are also installed below, so that the shoring 40 is reinforced load-resistant.
  • figure 5 shows an enlarged detail of a frame 10 with a side tube 12 of the frame 10, also in detail.
  • the pick-up finger 20 is firmly attached to the side pipe 12 . It consists of a base section 20.2 and an end section 20.1.
  • the end section 20.1 is angled, preferably formed at an angle between 20° and 70° on the base section 20.2.
  • the free end of the first diagonal cross 42 with the opening 43 is threaded over the rigid angled end section 20.1 onto the base section 20.2.
  • At the opposite end of a strut of the first diagonal cross 42 there is also an opening 43 which is pushed onto a receiving finger with a movable end section.
  • figure 6 shows a partial detail in the structure of a support structure with a frame 10, which shows the receiving fingers 20, 24.
  • the pickup fingers 20 with angled end sections are formed on the frame in the lower area and the receiving fingers 24 with movable end sections 24.1 are fixed in the upper area of the frame 10.
  • the pickup fingers 20, 24 are formed on the side tube 12 and secured there.
  • a worker 50 places a first diagonal cross 42 on the frame 10 with the receiving fingers 20, 24 according to the invention.
  • the first diagonal cross 42 with the openings 43 is first threaded onto the base section 20.2, holding it at an angle, over the rigid end sections of the receiving finger 20, which are not shown in the figure.
  • first diagonal cross 42 If the first diagonal cross 42 is threaded onto both receiving fingers 20 with its free ends, it can be plugged into the receiving fingers 24 with the movable end sections 24.1.
  • the free ends of the first diagonal cross 42 with the openings 43 are pushed onto the respective base section 24.2 and then the movable end section 24.1 is pivoted in such a way that it protrudes beyond the openings 43 and secures the position of the first diagonal cross 42.
  • a worker 50 can securely attach the first diagonal cross 42 and further diagonal crosses to frames for a shoring without further assistance from other people.
  • figure 7 shows a partial section of the construction of a support structure with a frame 10 shown in excerpts, which has receiving fingers 20 with rigid angled end sections 20.1 in the upper area of the frame 10 and with receiving fingers 24 with movable end sections in the lower area of the frame 10 figure 7
  • Frame 10 shown is 180° from the frame of FIG figure 1 rotated and this figure shows how a first diagonal cross 42 can be hooked into receiving fingers 20 in the upper part of a frame 10 .
  • the first diagonal frame 42 is threaded onto the base section 20.2 via the rigid angled end section 20.1 and then onto the receiving finger 24 swung in.
  • the openings 43 of the first diagonal cross 42 are pushed onto the receiving finger 24 and then the position of the first diagonal cross 42 is secured by pivoting the movable end section.
