Definitions

  • the invention relates to a crane mast with a device for attaching a ladder part of a crane operator's elevator to the crane mast according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such holding devices are usually attached to the corner posts of the crane mast. Holding devices attached in this way are difficult or impossible to reach from the cabin of the crane operator's elevator. For this reason, the holding devices are usually installed from inside the crane. Such an assembly is very time-consuming and cumbersome, in particular, if the holding devices are not located on the level of a platform in the crane mast or if there is no suitable access from the inside. In such cases the fitter must climb and secure himself against falling.
  • the invention is based on the object of creating a crane mast with a device of the type mentioned at the outset, by means of which the secure assembly of a ladder part of a crane operator's elevator on the crane mast is simplified.
  • the holding device by means of which the ladder part can be connected to the crane mast, is arranged and designed on the crane mast in such a way that it can be pivoted from a working position connected to the ladder part into a rest position released from the ladder part and vice versa, the holding device in its rest position within the The outer contour of the crane mast lies.
  • the main advantage and the basic idea of the invention is that the device only needs to be installed once on the crane mast, then can remain there and no longer have to be dismantled when the crane is dismantled and the individual mast segments are (removed) transported.
  • the device for the next installation is already (pre) mounted in the crane and only needs to be connected to the ladder section and above it to the crane operator's elevator.
  • the holding devices When the crane is dismantled, the holding devices are simply detached from the respective ladder section and pulled inwards, ie into the inner cross section of the crane mast, and then pivoted so that the holding device according to the invention is arranged completely within the outer contour of the crane mast.
  • formed parts are also not damaged by stacking the crane mast segments or by depositing the crane mast segment on a surface of a truck.
  • the holding device has a central receptacle fastened to the crane mast and a pivoting unit connected to the latter, the central receptacle preferably being fastenable, preferably clampable, to a connecting strut of the crane mast.
  • a connecting strut connects the corner posts of the crane mast with one another.
  • the parts designed according to the invention are no longer mounted directly on the corner posts but on a strut connecting them.
  • the parts designed according to the invention can be attached very variably and securely, so that the device can be installed in a relatively short time.
  • the central receptacle is attached to the connecting strut so as to be displaceable in its longitudinal direction.
  • Such displaceability is particularly advantageous since, depending on the design of the crane mast, diagonal struts of the mast allow good passage from the external crane operator's elevator into the crane only at a few points.
  • the effort for moving the device is now significantly reduced.
  • the device can be flexibly adapted to the position of the ladder part of the crane operator elevator with regard to its assembly on the crane mast.
  • the pivoting unit advantageously has a spacer rotatably connected to the central receptacle and an adjustably attachable bracket to the latter, which can be detachably connected to the ladder part, the bracket having a rotating unit having a clamping device at its end connectable to the ladder part.
  • the swivel unit thus consists of only a few parts, which further simplifies the assembly of the device on the crane mast.
  • the bracket can be easily adapted to the respective crane type.
  • the bracket can even be used for several types.
  • the fastening of the ladder part by means of the clamping device further simplifies the assembly, since as a rule different ladder parts can be connected to the crane mast with the same clamping device via the bracket. In this respect, the device can be used very variably and safely.
  • the rotating unit allows the bracket to be easily attached to the ladder section of the crane operator's elevator. In this respect, the rotating unit can be adapted to the position of the ladder part by simply pivoting it.
  • the spacer is L-shaped with a short limb for receiving and fastening the holder and a long limb which is rotatably connected to the central receptacle.
  • the spacer has a relatively simple structure and can be manufactured inexpensively.
  • the dimension between the front edge of the short leg of the spacer facing the rotating unit and the front edge of the central receptacle facing the ladder part in the assembled state is greater than the dimension which denotes the dimension of the entire rotating unit in the longitudinal direction of the holder.
  • the central receptacle has at least one adjustable clamping piece, by means of which the central receptacle can be connected to the connecting strut of the crane mast.
  • This at least one clamping piece like the previously mentioned clamping device of the rotating unit, can also be designed in such a way that it can be attached to differently designed connecting struts.
  • the pivot unit advantageously has a clamping part on the spacer for the adjustable clamping of the holder.
  • the position of the holder can vary within wide limits, so that the holder can be variably adapted to the position of the ladder part of the crane operator elevator.
  • Fig. 1 is a partially shown crane mast 4 with a device 1 for attaching a ladder part 2 of a crane operator's elevator 3 indicated by dashed lines on the crane mast 4 in the working position.
  • the device 1 is in Fig. 1 shown in a first embodiment.
  • Fig. 2 shows the device according to Fig. 1 in a schematic, simplified side view, here for example the in Fig. 1
  • the crane operator elevator indicated by dashed lines is omitted for the sake of simplicity.
  • the device 1 has a holding device 5, by means of which the ladder part 2 can be connected to the crane mast 4, as will be explained in more detail below.
  • the holding device 5 is arranged and designed on the crane mast 4 in such a way that it can be moved from a working position connected to the ladder part 2 (see FIG Figs. 1 and 2 ) into a position of rest released from the ladder part 2 (see Fig. 5 ) and vice versa, wherein the holding device 5 lies within the outer contour 6 of the crane mast 4 in its rest position.
  • the outer contour 6 of the crane mast 4 is only partially shown and indicated by dash-dotted lines.
  • the device 1 is in its in Fig. 5 Rest position shown within the cross-sectional area of the crane mast 4.
  • the holding device 5 has a central receptacle 7 fastened to the crane mast 4 with lateral corner pieces 10, 11 which are connected to one another via a tube 12 rotatably mounted in the corner pieces 10, 11. Furthermore, the holding device 5 has a pivot unit 13 that is pivotably connected to the central receptacle 7 Fig. 1 shown, the central receptacle 7 can be fastened to a connecting strut 14 of the crane mast 4, preferably clamped. According to Fig. 1 the connecting strut 14 is a horizontal connecting strut. It is also possible, albeit with increased design effort, to attach the central receptacle 7 to a diagonal connecting strut 15.
  • the central receptacle 7 is attached to the connecting strut 14 so that it can be displaced in its longitudinal direction, so that the position of the device 1 according to the invention can easily be adapted to that of the ladder part 2 of the crane operator elevator 3.
  • the swivel unit 13 has a spacer 16 that is rotatably connected to the central receptacle 7 and a holder 17 that can be adjustably fastened to the latter.
  • the holder 17 can be detachably connected to the ladder part 2 and for this purpose has a clamping device 21 at its end 20 which can be connected to the ladder part 2 (see FIG Figs. 1, 3 to 6 ) having rotary unit 22.
  • the spacer 16 is preferably with the tube 12 of the central receptacle 7 in the direction of the double arrow B relative to the central receptacle 7 pivotable.
  • the holder 17, which is configured for example tubular, is fastened so as to be displaceable relative to the spacer 16 in the direction of the double arrow C, as will be explained in more detail below.
  • the rotating unit 22 is designed to be pivotable relative to the holder 17 in the direction of the double arrow D about a bearing point 23, so that the rotating unit 22 can easily adapt to the respective position of the ladder part 2 in relation to its position relative to the ladder part 2.
  • the spacer 16 is L-shaped with a short leg 24 and a long leg 25.
  • the short leg 24 serves to receive and fasten the preferably tubular holder 17, the long leg 25 is rotatably connected to the central receptacle 7, in particular to its rotatable tube 12, fixed, but adjustable in the axial direction.
  • Fig. 4 shows that the dimension X between the front edge 26 of the short leg 24 of the spacer 16 facing the rotating unit 22 and the front edge 27 of the central receptacle 7 facing the ladder part 2 in the assembled state is greater than the dimension Y according to a preferred embodiment , which denotes the dimensions of the rotary unit 22 including its clamping device 21 in the longitudinal direction of the holder 17. This enables the bracket 17 in Fig. 4 to move to the left so far that the rotating unit 22 including its clamping device 21 is located above the central receptacle 7 and does not protrude to the right over the front edge 27 of the central receptacle 7.
  • the central receptacle 7 has at least one adjustable clamping piece 30, by means of which the central receptacle 7 can be connected to the connecting strut 14 of the crane mast 4.
  • two clamping pieces 30 are provided on each longitudinal side of the central receptacle 7, so that each corner piece 10, 11 (see Fig. 1 ) the central receptacle has two clamping pieces 30.
  • the clamping pieces 30 can be designed such that the in Fig. 4 upper clamping piece is adjustable in the horizontal direction according to the double arrow E and the lower clamping piece in the vertical direction according to the double arrow F. This is the central Recording 7 as shown in Fig.
  • the clamping device or the at least one clamping piece for mounting on the crane could also be attached in a pluggable manner or screwed to prepared receptacles on the crane mast.
  • the swivel unit 13 has a clamping part 31 on the spacer 16 for the adjustable clamping of the tubular holder 17.
  • Fig. 1 and 3 make it clear that the swivel unit 13 ultimately has two spacers 16 which are seated in a rotationally fixed manner on the rotatable tube 12 of the central receptacle 7.
  • the holder 17 is U-shaped with two tubular longitudinal legs 32 and a tubular transverse leg 33 connecting them at their free ends, a rotating unit 22 with a clamping device 21 being provided at each of the two longitudinal ends of the transverse leg 33 .
  • the tube which can be clamped on the rotating unit and thus variably adjusted in length, can also have a different geometry, such as a square or even rectangular cross section.
  • the tube can also be a square tube. It can also be pegged out and not necessarily just clamped.
  • the advantage of this alternative embodiment would be that ideal distances from the crane mast to the ladder part can easily be set by means of suitable hole spacings and the structure can thus also be expanded.
  • the clamping devices 21 and the in Fig. 4 lower clamping piece 30 have, for example, a U-shaped cross section, while the in Fig. 4 upper clamping piece 30 is designed approximately L-shaped.
  • the central receptacle 7 is now first attached to the connecting strut 14 of the crane mast 4, in particular clamped by means of the clamping pieces 30.
  • a fine adjustment of the position of the central receptacle relative to the connecting strut 14 is possible if the clamping pieces are / are loosened and the entire central receptacle in the direction of the double arrow A (see Fig. 1 ) is shifted so far that the holder 17 with its rotating units 22 can be firmly clamped to the ladder part 2 via the clamping devices 21.
  • the inclination of the holder 17 can be adjusted by means of the swivel unit 13 such that the rotating units 22 and the clamping devices 21 lie flat against the ladder part 2.
  • the holder 17 can also be displaced in its longitudinal direction relative to the spacers 16 in the direction of the double arrow C when the clamping parts 31 are loosened.
  • clamping devices 21 as well as clamping pieces 30 and clamping parts 31 are tightened.
  • the device 1 is then in its working position (see Figs. 1 and 2 ), in which the crane operator's elevator is mounted on the ladder section and the crane operator can move to the crane operator's cab or from there to the floor by moving the crane operator's elevator.
  • the clamping devices 21 are released from the ladder part 2. Then the bracket 17 is in Fig. 4 pivoted counterclockwise into the rest position of the device, so that about the in Fig. 5 position shown is reached. In Fig. 5 the clamping piece (s) of the central receptacle are omitted for the sake of simplicity. For this purpose, it may previously be desired or necessary to loosen the clamping parts 31 of the spacers 16 and insert the entire bracket into the Figures 3 and 4 to move to the left so that the rotary units 22 approach the clamping parts 31. The clamping parts 31 are then tightened again, so that the position of the holder 17 is fixed relative to the spacers 16 of the pivot unit 13.
  • the inventively designed parts of the device are then in their in Fig. 5 shown rest position, in which they are arranged completely within the outer contour of the crane mast.
  • the crane mast including the device still clamped to it, can then be broken down into individual segments and transported away.
  • the individual devices 1 according to the invention are already mounted on the individual crane mast segments, so that setting up and erecting a crane operator's elevator is associated with a significantly reduced expenditure of time.
  • FIG. 6 a schematic side view of the device 1 according to a second embodiment is shown.
  • the central receptacle 7 has only one clamping piece 30, which is designed such that it is suitable for clamping circular spars (not shown) in the crane mast.
  • the device in its rest position, i. remain in their folded position in the interior of the crane mast, even during transport on the crane mast.
  • conventional systems for externally mounted crane operator lifts have to be laboriously dismantled and reassembled before the subsequent assembly.
  • the device according to the invention only needs to be folded out during reconstruction and connected to the ladder part via the clamping devices.
  • Another advantage of the device is the ergonomically favorable assembly. As a rule, it is possible for one person to mount the device according to the invention in an easily accessible manner from inside the crane mast. A cumbersome assembly from the outside, which is also often associated with not inconsiderable dangers, can therefore be omitted.
  • the holding device of the device according to the invention can be adapted to a large number of masts and positions of the ladder parts.
  • Clamping devices 21 and clamping pieces 30 can advantageously be designed as so-called format parts. If the setting range is insufficient, the parts can also be exchanged.
  • the crane mast of tower cranes moves with a height of 100 m at the top, for example up to 1 m in each direction, depending on the load and wind conditions.
  • the device according to the invention is able to participate in these movements, ie to adapt to these movements. This ensures long-term use of the ladder section of the crane operator's elevator.
  • Figs. 1 and 2 make it clear that both the swivel unit and the rotating unit of the bracket are slightly inclined compared to the neutral position, which is in the Figures 3 and 4 shown may be positioned. In general, jumps in the cross section of the crane mast can also be compensated for by this structure.
  • crane masts have a cross-section of 2 x 2 m in their lower area and from a certain height of 1.6 x 1.6 m.
  • the device constructed according to the invention can have such in the upper region Crane masts bridge greater lengths so that the ladder sections can also stand vertically with such crane masts.
