Claims (23)
- Une unité de vaisselle (1), en particulier un plat, pour le conditionnement, transport et/ou consommation de repas (30), avec un corps (2) recouvert d'un film (15), dans laquelle un adhésif (21) est présent entre le film (15) et le corps (2) dans une zone adhésive (8) afin de sceller l'unité de vaisselle (1), caractérisé en ce que le film (15) et l'unité de vaisselle (1) ont une tension superficielle telle que l'adhésif (21) adhère au moins majoritairement au film (15) lorsque le film (15) est retiré, dans laquelle la tension superficielle dans la zone adhésive (8) du film (15) est supérieure à la tension superficielle dans la zone adhésive (8) du corps (2).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le corps (2) a au moins une section de scellage (3) et au moins une section de bord (4) et dans laquelle la zone adhésive (8) est formée sur la section de bord (4).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la section de bord (4) au moins dans la zone adhésive (8) est surélevée en comparaison avec la section de scellement (3).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une surface d'application (18) pour l'adhésif (21) est formée sur le corps (2) qui fournit la zone adhésive (8).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le corps (2) (l'unité de vaisselle) est constituée essentiellement d'au moins un matériau de type céramique et dans laquelle le corps (2) est constitué, en particulier, au moins en partie, d'oxyde de magnésium.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le film (15) est constitué d'un matériau plastique et a une épaisseur comprise entre 50 µmet 150 µm.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le film (15) est constitué au moins partiellement d'un matériau tel que le téréphtalate de polyéthylène.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la face inférieure (17) du film (15) est reliée au corps (2) et dans laquelle la tension superficielle sur la face inférieure (17) du film (15) est modifiée par un traitement de surface.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle au moins une partie de la face inférieure (17) du film (15) est traitée en surface avec un traitement couronne.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le type, l'intensité et la durée du traitement de surface dépendent de la tension superficielle à établir.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins un repas (30) est disposé sur le corps (15) et est recouvert par le film (15) et dans lequel un espace intermédiaire (16) est partiellement mis sous vide.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle un mélange gazeux est présent dans l'espace intermédiaire (16) qui est constitué de plus de 50 % de CO2, plus de 10 % de N2 et moins de 10 % d'O2.
- Unité de vaisselle selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle la composition du mélange gazeux est adaptée au repas situé sur le corps.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la proportion d'O2 dans le mélange gazeux est supérieure à 2 % ou est comprise entre 3 % et 10 %.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le film en saillie (15) est coupé sans contact à l'extérieur du corps (2).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'adhésif (21) est appliqué au moyen d'une machine d'application d'adhésif (40), qui comprend des buses (26) et/ou des éléments fixes tels que des racleurs (27) et/ou des éléments circulaires tels que des rouleaux (28).
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'adhésif (21) est un adhésif thermofusible.
- Unité de vaisselle (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle l'adhésif est un adhésif thermofusible adhérant à base de polyoléfine et à 160 °C présente une viscosité supérieure à 1500 millipascals par seconde.
- Procédé pour sceller au moins partiellement des plats préparés (30), dans lequel les repas (30) sont positionnés sur une unité de vaisselle (1) et sont recouverts d'un film (15), caractérisé en ce qu'un adhésif (21) est appliqué sur une zone adhésive (8) de l'unité de vaisselle (1) et un film (15) y est adhéré et en ce qu'une tension superficielle du film (15) et/ou de l'unité de vaisselle (1) est influencée de sorte que l'adhésif (21) reste adhéré au moins principalement sur le film (15) lorsque le film (15) est arraché, dans lequel la tension superficielle dans la zone adhésive (8) du film (15) est supérieure à la tension superficielle dans la zone adhésive (8) du corps (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la face inférieure (17) du film (15) adhéré à l'unité de vaisselle (1) est au moins partiellement traitée en surface afin d'augmenter la tension superficielle de la face inférieure (17) du film (15).
- Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'adhésif (21) est appliqué sur la zone adhésive (7) de l'unité de vaisselle (1) par roulage, par frottement, avec une spatule et/ou par pulvérisation.
- Procédé selon l'une des trois revendications précédentes, dans lequel un espace intermédiaire (16) entre l'unité de vaisselle (1) et le film (15) est partiellement mis sous vide et/ou dans lequel un échange de gaz au moins partiel est produit dans l'espace intermédiaire (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel au moins un gaz inerte est fourni.
