Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft allgemein einen Schnürsenkel zum erleichterten Schnüren von Schuhen durch einen Anwender, der an einem Halbschuh, orthopädischen Schuh oder dergleichen seine Anwendung findet.
- Schuhe werden im Wesentlichen aus einer Sohle und einem Schaft gebildet, der durch eine Öffnung das Ein- und Ausstecken eines Fußes des Anwenders in den Schuh gestattet. Zum verschließen der Öffnung des Schaftes werden üblicherweise Ösen oder Haken vorgesehen, die beiderseits an der Öffnung derart ausgebildet sind, dass durch das Spannen der Schnürsenkel die Öffnung verschlossen wird.
- Anwender, insbesondere Kleinkinder und Behinderte, haben oft große Schwierigkeiten, ihre Schnürsenkel zum Schnüren eines Schuhs zu binden, insbesondere die beiden Endbereichen mit einander zu verknoten. Das Binden, insbesondere das Bilden eines Knotens, eines Schnürsenkels umfasst mehrere Schritte, bei denen die Hände des Anwenders die beiden Endbereiche des Schnürsenkels greifen müssen und wobei die Endbereiche teilweise verdeckt sind und in einer komplexen Beziehung zueinander stehen. An den freien Endbereichen der Schnürsenkel können Markierungen angebracht werden, die anzeigen, wie die Schnürsenkel gebunden werden sollen, wobei das
U.S. Patent 2, 646,630 von Miller eine Reihe von Markierungen zeigt, die das Binden von Schnürsenkeln erleichtern. Solche Techniken erfordern jedoch immer noch, dass ein Anwender die beiden Endbereiche des Schnürsenkels während der gesamten Bindungssequenz mit beiden Händen greift. - Ein Schuhverschluss sowie ein Schuh mit einem Schuhverschluss ist in der Druckschrift
US 2013/269210 A1 offenbar, welcher ein flexibles, längliches, rohrförmiges Glied mit einem zentralen Abschnitt, einem ersten und einem zweiten Endbereich, die mit dem zentralen Abschnitt verbunden sind, wobei der zweite Endbereich distal zum ersten Endbereich liegt, wobei das flexible, längliche, rohrförmige Glied eine erste Flexibilitätseigenschaft aufweist, umfasst. Ferner sind Endglieder, die mit dem flexiblen langgestreckten rohrförmigen Glied verbunden und in der Nähe des ersten bzw. zweiten Endes des flexiblen langgestreckten rohrförmigen Gliedes angeordnet, wobei die Endglieder nach innen in Richtung auf den zentralen inneren Abschnitt vorstehen und die Endglieder eine zweite Flexibilitätseigenschaft aufweisen, wobei die erste Flexibilitätseigenschaft größer als die zweite Flexibilitätseigenschaft ist. - Die Druckschrift
US 487 411 A beschreibt einen Schnürsenkel für einen Schuh, welcher durch die Kombinierung eines Metallstrangs, der sich in Längsrichtung durch ihn hindurch erstreckt. Die Enden des Metallstrangs sind um die Enden des Schnürsenkels, welcher aus einem textilen Material gefertigt ist, gewickelt. - Die Druckschrift
US 4 721 468 A , welche den nächstkommenden Stand der Technik bildet, offenbart ein Schnürsenkel zur Verwendung durch Kleinkinder oder Behinderte, der, nachdem er durch die Ösen eines Schuhs gefädelt wurde, sodass seine gegenüberliegenden Endteile zum Schnüren einer Schlaufe frei sind, das Schnüren der Schlaufe erleichtert. Der Schnürsenkel weist eine Breite auf, der es ermöglicht, durch die Ösen eines Schuhs gefädelt zu werden, und weist gegenüberliegende Endabschnitte auf, die jeweils steif genug sind, um im Wesentlichen die Form beizubehalten, zu der sie gebogen und ungebogen sind, die aber jeweils dem Biegen und Aufbiegen mit einem Widerstand widerstehen, der gering genug ist, um Kindern zu ermöglichen, die Endabschnitte der Schnürsenkel während des Schnürens des Bogens zu biegen. Der Schnürsenkel weist einen lockeren Gewebekörper und einen festen biegsamen Metalldraht auf, der lose innerhalb des Gewebekörpers liegt und eine Dicke zwischen 10 und 40 Tausendstel Zoll innerhalb des Gewebekörpers aufweist. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es ein Schnürsenkel bereit zu stellen, der das Verständnis der einzelnen Schritte durch einen Anwender erleichtert, so dass er die Längsenden des Schnürsenkels langsamer und mit geringerer Wahrscheinlichkeit des Scheiterns binden kann.
- Eine besondere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Bereitstellung eines Schnürsenkels, welcher durch den Anwender mit einer Hand gebunden werden kann.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch Schnürsenkel gemäß Anspruch 1 und Verfahren zum Schnüren eines Schuhes gemäß Anspruch 9. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstände der abhängigen Unteransprüche. Ünter biegsam ist ein Biegeverhalten insbesondere Elastizität oder Biegesteifigkeit zu verstehen, welche dem eines Silberdraht mit einem Durchmesser von 0.4 bis 3mm entspricht oder einer höheren Elastizität. Vorzugsweise entspricht die Elastizität des Kernelementes derer eines Silberdrahtes mit einem Durchmesser von 0.4 bis 3mm.
- Bevorzugt ist der erfinderische Schnürsenkel aus einem biegsamen Kernfaden gebildet, der aus einem drahtförmigen Metall, bevorzugt Silber, besteht, um eine wirtschaftliche Herstellung und eine lange Anwendbarkeit des Schnürsenkels sicherzustellen.
- Vorzugsweise weist der biegsame Kernfaden des Schnürsenkels einen Durchmesser von 0.4 bis 2 mmm, insbesondere 0.8 bis .1.4 mm, ganz besonders bevorzugt etwa 1 mm auf, um eine ausreichende Steifigkeit und Biegsamkeit des ersten Endbereich s zur temporären Halterung des zweiten Endbereich s zu gewährleisten.
- Bevorzugt erstreckt sich der biegsame Kernfaden vom Längsende des ersten Endbereiches mit einer Länge I zum zweiten Endbereich hin, um eine optimale Positionierung des ersten Endbereichs gegenüber dem Schuh sicher zu stellen. Insbesondere beträgt die Länge des biegsamen Kernfadens 5 bis 25 cm, vorzugsweise 15 bis 18cm, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 10 cm. Der erste Endbereich, insbesondere das freie Ende zum Binden ist dadurch in einem im Schuh eingeschnürten Zustand gegenüber dem Schuh festgelegt und durch ein Biegen gegenüber dem Schuh positionierbar.
- Zum Schutz der Schnürhülle weist der Schnürsenkel im Bereich der Längsenden des biegsamen Kernfadens jeweils eine auf, um eine Beschädigung der Schnürhülle durch den biegsamen Kernfaden zu vermeiden. Ausserdem stellten die beiden Pinken sicher, dass der biegsame Kernfaden in der Werk-Position gehalten wird, insbesondere vermeiden diese, dass der biegbare Kern innerhalb des Schnürsenkels, insbesondere der Schnürhülle sich in Längsrichtung der Schnürhülle verschiebt. Vorzugsweise bestehen die hülsenförmigen Pinken aus Metall oder Kunststoff oder einem ähnlichen Stoff.
- Der erste Endbereich weist eine Haltevorrichtung zum temporären Halten des ersten Endbereiches durch den Anwender gegenüber dem Schuh auf. Ist es für den Anwender möglich den ersten Endbereich gegenüber dem Schuh mittels einer Hand einfach und sicher zu positionieren. Ferner ist es für den Anwender eine taktile Hilfe das erste Endbereich ohne Sichtkontakt zu erkennen und mit einer Hand zu fassen, insbesondere temporär gegen dem Schuh zu positionieren und/oder zu halten.
- Die Haltevorrichtung ist durch einen Kontenpunkt am ersten Endbereich befestigt. Der Knotenpunkt verhindert ein abgleiten des zweiten Endbereichs im verknoteten oder gebunden Zustand auf gegenüber dem ersten Endbereich, insbesondere eine ungewollte Verschiebung des zweiten Endbereichs im verknoteten oder gebunden Zustand in Richtung Längsende des ersten Endbereichs.
- Verfahren zum Schnüren eines Schuhes mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Schnürsenkel weist die folgenden Schritte auf:
- a) temporäres Festlegen des zweiten Endbereich s am ersten Endbereich mittels dem Halteelement (11);
- b) Festkonten des zweiten Endbereich s (2) am ersten Endbereich (1) mit einem Knoten.
- Dadurch dass der zweite Endbereich am ersten Endbereich des Schnürsenkels temporär festlegbar ist, ist es dem Anwender möglich den zweiten Endbereich mittels einem frei wählbaren Knotens an den ersten Endbereich zu binden. Dem Anwender ist es dadurch möglich mit einer Hand die beiden Längsenden in einer gewünschten Position zu einander zu binden, insbesondere zu verknoten und damit den Schuh zu binden und damit an einem Fuss des Anwenders temporär festzulegen. Ausserdem lassen sich die beiden Längsenden mittels einer Hand wieder entknoten, sodass der Anwender den Schuh wieder ausziehen kann.
- Diese und weitere der nachstehenden Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen zu entnehmenden Aufgaben der Erfindung werden von einer Schlaufe für einen Schnürsenkel eines Schuhs gemäß den anliegen Ansprüchen gelöst.
- Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile sind deutlicher der folgenden Beschreibung der derzeit bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemäßen Schlaufe für einen Schnürsenkel eines Schuhs, unter Hinweis auf beiliegenden Zeichnungen zu entnehmen. Dabei zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemässen Schnürsenkel 25 mit einem ersten Endbereich 1 und einem zweiten Endbereich 2. Der Schnürsenkel 25 weist einen Durchmesser von 2 bis 8 mm auf und umfasst ein Kernelement 8 und eine Schnürhülle 9, wobei sich das Kernelement 8 und die Schnürhülle 9 über die gesamte Länge des Schnürsenkels 25 erstrecken. Die Schnürhülle 9 umhüllt das Kernelement 8 und besteht aus besteht vorzugsweise aus Baumwolle, Kunstfaser oder Mischungen dieser, in selten Fällen aus Leder. Das Kernelement 8 weist ein oder mehrere Kernfäden 8a, 8b auf welche eine ausreichende Zugfestigkeit des Schnürsenkels 25 in Längsrichtung des Schnürsenkels 25 sicherstellen. Vorzugsweise besteht das Kernelement 8, beziehungsweise die Kernfäden 8a und 8b, aus Gewebe, Faserstoff, elastischem Kunststoff, PVC, Metall oder einem Gemisch aus diesen Materialen. Der erfindungsgemäss ausgebildete Schnürsenkel 25 weist im Bereich des ersten Endbereichs 1 vorzugsweise ein oder auch mehrere biegsame Kernfäden 8b aus einem drahtförmigen Metall, insbesondere Silber, mit einem Durchmesser von 1 mm auf. Der biegsame Kernfaden 8b erstreckt sich innerhalb des ersten Endbereichs 1, vorzugsweise vom zweiten Endbereich 2 des ersten Endbereich 1 mit einer Länge I zum zweiten Endbereich 2 hin erstreckt, vorzugsweise beträgt die Länge I dabei 5 bis 25 cm, vorzugsweise 15 bi 18cm, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 10 cm. - Der biegsame Kernfaden 8b wird mittels mindestens einer Pinke an einer Position innerhalb der Schnürhülle 9 gehalten. Die Pinken 3, 4 und 7 sind hülsenförmig ausgebildet und umfassen den Schnürsenkel 25 radial. Wie aus
Figur 1 ersichtlich weist der Schnürsenkel 25 vorzugsweise an seinen beiden Enden jeweils eine Pinke 3 und 7 auf, um ein Ausfranzen der Enden des Schnürsenkels 25 zu verhindern. In der inFigur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsform wird das biegsame Kernfaden 8b durch zwei Pinken 3 und 4, welche am Endbereich des biegsamen Kernfadens 8b angeordnet sind, in seiner Position gehalten und eine Schädigung der Schnürhülle 9 durch den biegsamen Kernfaden 8b zu verhindern. Im ersten Endbereich 1 weist der Schnürsenkel 25 eine schlaufenförmige Haltevorrichtung 6 auf, welche vorzugsweise einen ähnlichen Aufbau wie der zweite Endbereich 2 aufweist. Die Haltevorrichtung 6 ist mittels einem Knotenpunkt 5 am ersten Endbereich 1 angenäht. Der Knotenpunkt 5 dient als taktile Orientierungshilfe für den Anwender und erleichtert die Knotenbildung zwischen dem ersten Endbereich 1 und dem zweiten Endbereich 2. -
Figur 4 zeigt einen Querschnitt des erfindungsgemässen Schnürsenkels 25 vonFigur 1 . Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel weist das von der Schnürhülle 9 radial umfasste Kernelement 8 zwei Kernfäden 8a und 8b auf, wobei 8b der biegsame Kernfaden aus einem drahtförmigen Metall ist. Selbstverständlich kann das Kernelement 8 weitere Kernfäden aufweisen. Der Kernfaden 8a ist vorzugsweise durchgehend zwischen den beiden Enden des Schnürsenkels, beziehungsweise zwischen den beiden Endbereichen 1 und 2 ausgebildet um eine ausreichende Zugfestigkeit in Längsrichtung des Schnürsenkels 25 sicherzustellen. -
Figur 2 zeigt eine Aufsicht Schaftes 21,22 eines Schuhs mit dem Schnürsenkel 25 gemässFig 1 und 2 . Schuhe werden im Wesentlichen aus einer nicht dargestellten Sohle und einem Schaft 21 und 22 gebildet, der durch eine Öffnung das Ein- und Ausstecken eines nicht dargestellten Fußes des Anwenders in den Schuh gestattet. Zum verschließen der Öffnung des Schaftes 21 weist der Schaft 21 und 22 Ösen 23a, 23b, 23c und 23d auf, die beiderseits an der Öffnung derart ausgebildet sind, dass durch das Spannen der Schnürsenkel 25 die Öffnung verschliessbar ist. Der erfindungsgemässe Schnürsenkel 25 kann unter Anwendung unterschiedlicher Schnürverfahren in den Ösen 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d geführt sein. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel findet die Ladenschnürung Anwendung. Der erste Endbereich 1 weist im Bereich des Knotenpunktes 5 eine u-förmige Biegung auf, welche zum temporären Festlegen des zweiten Endbereiches 2 dient. Vorzugsweise ist der zweite Endbereich reibschlüssig mit dem ersten Endbereich temporär festlegbar. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich der biegsame Kernfaden 8b in den Bereich des Schaftes 21 und 22, damit der erste Endbereich 2 gegenüber dem Schuh festlegbar ist. -
Figur 3 zeigt eine Teilansicht vonFigur 2 mit einem gebundenen Schnürsenkel 25. Die beiden Endbereich 1 und 2 sind mittels eines Knotens 12, welcher an der vom Längsende des ersten Endbereichs 1 abgewendeten Seite des Knotenpunktes 5 angeordnet ist, um bei einer Belastung des Schaftes 21, beispielsweise bei einer Gehbewegung des Anwenders, eine Verschiebung des Knotens 12 und somit ein ungewolltes Erweitern der Öffnung 27 zu verhindern.
Claims (9)
- Schnürsenkel (25) zum erleichterten Schnüren von Schuhen durch einen Anwender umfassend ein längliches Kernelement (8), einer Schnürhülle (9), einem ersten Endbereich (1) und einem zweiten Endbereich (2), wobei das Kernelement (8) ein oder mehrere Kernfäden (8a,8b) aufweist und das Kernelement (8) von der schlauchförmigen Schnürhülle (9) wenigstens teilweise umhüllt ist,
wobei das Kernelement (8) im Bereich des ersten Endbereichs (1) zur temporären Halterung des zweiten Endbereichs (2) einen biegsamen Kernfaden (8b) aufweist, wobei der Kernfaden insbesondere eine Elastizität grösser gleich von 80'000 N/mm2 aufweist.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der erste Endbereich (1) eine Haltevorrichtung (6) zum temporären Halten des ersten Endbereiches (1) gegenüber dem Schuh durch den Anwender aufweist, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (6) durch einen Knotenpunkt (5) am ersten Endbereich (1) zur Knotenbildung zwischen dem ersten Endbereich (1) und dem zweiten Endbereich (2) durch Annähen befestigt ist, sodass der Knotenpunkt (5) in einem verknoteten oder gebundenen Zustand ein Abgleiten des zweiten Endbereichs (2) gegenüber dem ersten Endbereich (1) verhindert. - Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der biegsame Kernfaden (8b) aus einem drahtförmigen Metall, insbesondere Silber, besteht.
- Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der biegsame Kernfaden (8b) einen Durchmesser von 0.4 bis 2 mmm, insbesondere 0.8 bis .1.4 mm aufweist.
- Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der biegsame Kernfaden (8b) vom Längsende (26) des ersten Endbereichs (1) mit einer Länge (I) zum zweiten Endbereich (2) hin erstreckt.
- Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (I) 5- 25 cm, vorzugsweise 15-18cm, besonders bevorzugt 5 bis 10 cm beträgt.
- Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnürsenkel (25) im Bereich der Längsenden des biegsamen Kernfadens (8b) eine Pinke (4) zum Festlegen der Position des biegsamen Kernfadens (8b) in der Schnürhülle (9).
- Schnürsenkel (25) gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnürsenkel (25) im Bereich der Längsenden des biegsamen Kernfadens (8b) zum Schutz der Schnürhülle (9) jeweils eine Pinke (3,4) aufweist.
- Schnürsenkel gemäss Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pinke (3,4) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Verfahren zum Schnüren eines Schuhes mit einem Schnürsenkel gemäss den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen wobei:a) temporäres Festlegen des zweiten Endbereiches (2) am ersten Endbereich (1) mittels dem Halteelement (11),b) Festkonten des zweiten Endbereiches (2) am ersten Endbereich (1) mit einem Knoten.
