Claims (4)
- Ein Spinnsystem (100), das eine Ringspinnmaschine (2) mit einer Mehrzahl von Spinneinheiten (20), die jeweils konfiguriert sind, eine Spinnspule (B) zu bilden, auf die ein Garn gewickelt ist, und einen automatischen Wickler (1) mit einer Mehrzahl von Wicklungseinheiten (10) umfasst, die jeweils konfiguriert sind, das Garn der Spinnspule (B), die durch die Ringspinnmaschine (2) gebildet ist, zu wickeln, um einen Garnkörper zu bilden, wobei das Spinnsystem (100) ferner folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Qualitätsinformationserfassungseinheit (28), die in der Ringspinnmaschine (2) eingebaut ist, um Qualitätsinformationen über eine Qualität der Spinnspule (B) zu erfassen;eine Bestimmungseinheit (11c), die konfiguriert ist, für jede Spinnspule (B) zu bestimmen, ob die Qualität der Spinnspule (B) einen vorbestimmten Qualitätsstandardwert erfüllt, basierend auf den Qualitätsinformationen, die durch die Qualitätsinformationserfassungseinheit (28) erfasst werden;einen Wicklungsverhinderungsmechanismus, der konfiguriert ist, zu verhindern, dass das Garn der Spinnspule (B1), für die in der Bestimmungseinheit (11c) bestimmt wird, dass der Qualitätsstandardwert nicht erfüllt wird, durch die Wicklungseinheit (10) gewickelt wird;einen Transportführungsweg (L1-L31, L12, L22, L32), der konfiguriert ist, die Spinnspule (B) und eine leere Spule (E) zwischen dem automatischen Wickler (1) und der Ringspinnmaschine (2) zu transportieren;wobei der automatische Wickler (1) folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Garnzuführungsvorrichtung (12), die konfiguriert ist, die Spinnspule (B), die durch den Transportführungsweg (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) transportiert wird, zu stützen, eine Abwicklung des Garns der Spinnspule (B) zu unterstützen, und eine leere Spule (E) auszuwerfen, nachdem das Garn vollständig an den Transportführungsweg (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) abgewickelt ist; undein Wicklungselement (16), das konfiguriert ist, das Garn von der Spinnspule (B) abzuwickeln und das abgewickelte Garn zu wickeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Spinnsystem (100) ferner folgende Merkmale aufweist:eine Informationsschreibeinheit (31), die konfiguriert ist, ein Bestimmungsergebnis einer Qualität der Spinnspule (B) in der Bestimmungseinheit (11c) zu schreiben;und eine Informationsleseeinheit (18), die konfiguriert ist, das Bestimmungsergebnis, das von der Informationsschreibeinheit (31) geschrieben wird, zu lesen,wobei die Spinnspule (B) konfiguriert ist, entlang des Transportführungswegs (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) transportiert zu werden, während dieselbe auf einer Ablage (T) platziert ist,wobei die Informationsschreibeinheit (31) konfiguriert ist, das Bestimmungsergebnis in einen Speicher (T3) zu schreiben, der in der Ablage (T) angeordnet ist,wobei die Informationsleseeinheit (18) konfiguriert ist, das Bestimmungsergebnis aus dem Speicher (T3) in der Ablage (T) zu lesen,wobei der Wicklungsverhinderungsmechanismus konfiguriert ist, zu verhindern, dass das Garn der Spinnspule (B) durch die Wicklungseinheit (10) gewickelt wird, basierend auf dem Bestimmungsergebnis, das von der Informationsleseeinheit (18) gelesen wird,wobei das Spinnsystem ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dassder Wicklungsverhinderungsmechanismus mit der Garnzuführvorrichtung (12) konfiguriert ist,wobei, wenn die transportierte Spinnspule (B) die Spinnspule (B1) ist, für die bestimmt wird, dass der Qualitätsstandardwert nicht erfüllt wird, die Garnzuführungsvorrichtung (12) konfiguriert ist, die Spinnspule (B) an den Transportführungsweg (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) auswerfen, ohne dass das Garn von der Spinnspule (B) abgewickelt wird,wobei der Wicklungsverhinderungsmechanismus ein Auswurfelement (4) umfasst, das konfiguriert ist, die Spinnspule (B1), für die bestimmt wird, dass der Qualitätsstandardwert nicht erfüllt wird, außerhalb des Transportführungswegs (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) auszuwerfen, undwobei das Auswurfelement (4) mit einem Auswurfelement für eine Spule mit minderwertiger Qualität (4) konfiguriert ist, einschließlich eines Auswurfwegs für eine Spule mit minderwertiger Qualität (L4), der von einem gewissen Punkt des Transportführungswegs (L32) abzweigt, zum Transportieren einer Ablage (T) von dem automatischen Wickler (1) zu der Ringspinnmaschine (2), wobei das Auswurfelement für eine Spule mit minderwertiger Qualität (4) konfiguriert ist, die Spinnspule (B1), für die bestimmt wird, dass der Qualitätsstandardwert nicht erfüllt wird, von dem Transportführungsweg (L1-L3, L12, L22, L32) an den Auswurfweg für eine Spule mit minderwertiger Qualität (L4) auszuwerfen.
- Das Spinnsystem (100) gemäß Anspruch 1, das ferner eine Bestimmungsstandardeinstellungseinheit (11b) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, eine Eingabeoperation eines Einstellens des Qualitätsstandardwerts durch eine Bedienungsperson anzunehmen, wobei die Bestimmungseinheit (11c) konfiguriert ist, zu bestimmen, ob die Qualität der Spinnspule (B) einen Qualitätsstandardwert erfüllt, basierend auf dem Qualitätsstandardwert, der durch die Bestimmungsstandardeinstellungseinheit (11b) angenommen wird.
- Das Spinnsystem (100) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei dem die Qualitätsinformationen eine Umgebungstemperatur der Ringspinnmaschine (2), eine der Ringspinnmaschine (2), Informationen, die einen Zustand jedes Teils der Spinneinheit (20) angeben, und/oder einen Betriebszustand der Spinneinheit (20) umfassen.
- Ein Wicklungsverhinderungsverfahren, das in einem Spinnsystem (100) durchgeführt wird, gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Wicklungsverhinderungsverfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:einen Erfassungsschritt eines Erfassens, durch die Qualitätsinformationserfassungseinheit (28), von Qualitätsinformationen über die Qualität der Spinnspule (B);einen Bestimmungsschritt eines Bestimmens, durch die Bestimmungseinheit (11c), für jede Spinnspule (B), ob eine Qualität der Spinnspule (B) den vorbestimmten Qualitätsstandardwert erfüllt, basierend auf den Qualitätsinformationen, die in dem Erfassungsschritt erfasst werden; undeinen Wicklungsverhinderungsschritt eines Verhinderns, durch die Garnzuführungsvorrichtung (12), dass das Garn der Spinnspule (B1), für die in dem Bestimmungsschritt bestimmt wird, dass der Qualitätsstandardwert nicht erfüllt wird, durch die Wicklungseinheit (10) gewickelt wird.
