Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular for a damp cleaning device, with a housing, a motor-driven oscillating plate and a carrier plate, which can be detachably connected to the oscillating plate, for receiving a cleaning element.
  • the invention also relates to a cleaning device, in particular a wet cleaning device, with such a cleaning device.
  • the cleaning devices are used in particular to clean hard floor coverings, for example tile floors or parquet floors, in particular in the household sector.
  • the cleaning devices can, for example, be designed as attachments for a detachable connection to a basic device of a cleaning device.
  • the basic device provides a device for pushing the cleaning device over a surface to be cleaned, an electrical supply, possibly an additional suction fan, and more.
  • the cleaning devices have a cleaning element acting on a surface to be cleaned, for example in the form of a textile cleaning cloth.
  • the cleaning element is moved by means of a vibrating plate, whereby a sliding displacement (forward and backward displacement) carried out by a user of the cleaning device during a normal cleaning operation depends on the movement of the vibrating plate and thus also the movement of the cleaning element is superimposed.
  • the cleaning element is attached to a carrier plate, which in turn can be arranged on the oscillating plate in such a way that the carrier plate is firmly connected to the oscillating plate and carries out the oscillating movement.
  • the oscillating plate is oscillated in a circle, for example by an electric motor eccentric drive.
  • a cleaning device of the aforementioned type is shown, for example, in the document EP 2 578 131 B1 .
  • the carrier plate and the oscillating plate have corresponding fastening rails.
  • a user lifts the cleaning device from a surface to be cleaned and moves the carrier plate parallel to a plane of extent of the vibrating plate. It is necessary that the user guides the carrier plate with his hand.
  • the disadvantage of the cleaning devices known in the prior art is that the user has to grasp the carrier plate with his hand. This leads to contact with cleaning fluid, dirty fluid and / or dirt.
  • the object of the invention is to create an alternative cleaning device in which the carrier plate can be removed from the oscillating plate without the user having to manually touch the carrier plate and / or the oscillating plate. The same applies to the attachment of the carrier plate to the vibration plate.
  • the invention proposes that the cleaning device have an actuating device mounted movably on the housing for separating the carrier plate from the oscillating plate, the actuating device being displaceable as a result of an actuation against the carrier plate in order to release it from the oscillating plate.
  • a mechanism is now proposed with an actuating device which is movable relative to the carrier plate and which exerts a force on the carrier plate and is suitable for detaching the carrier plate from the oscillating plate by, for example, separating corresponding fastening means of the carrier plate and the oscillating plate from one another.
  • the user therefore no longer has to touch the carrier plate manually in order to detach it from the oscillating plate. Rather, he actuates the actuating device, which then takes over the separation of the carrier plate.
  • the actuating device can be designed in the manner of a pivotable lever or a linearly displaceable actuating element, a portion of the actuating device preferably engaging the carrier plate where it has fastening means corresponding to the oscillating plate.
  • a spring element is assigned to the fastening means of the carrier plate and the oscillating plate, which additionally acts on the carrier plate with a restoring force of the spring element when a force is exerted by means of the actuating device, whereby the release of the carrier plate is facilitated.
  • the actuating device is a rocker mounted pivotably on a pivot center, which can be pivoted on the one hand with a first rocker wing against the housing and on the other hand with a second rocker wing against the carrier plate.
  • the actuating device is thus a rocker that can rotate about a pivot center.
  • the rocker wings of the rocker act on the one hand against that of the Oscillating plate to be detached carrier plate and on the other hand against the housing, which serves as a counter bearing for the pivoting movement.
  • the actuating device When the actuating device is actuated, it pivots about the pivot center and causes the carrier plate to be acted upon by a force from the second rocker wing.
  • the first rocker wing is supported against the housing of the cleaning device so that the corresponding force can be applied by the leverage. It is advisable to design the rocker wings of the actuating device with a length that enables a user to easily and easily detach the carrier plate.
  • a wheel of the cleaning device is rotatably mounted on the actuating device.
  • the wheel can be arranged on a rocker wing of the pivotably mounted rocker.
  • the actuating device or the rocker wing has an axis of rotation about which the wheel of the cleaning device can rotate.
  • the wheel can be a motor-driven wheel of the cleaning device or also a wheel that merely rotates passively, for example for mere transport of the cleaning device.
  • the wheel is mounted on a first rocker wing of the rocker that is pivotable against the housing.
  • the wheel can be supported against the housing when the actuating device is actuated. Due to the arrangement of the wheel on the first rocker wing, which is pivoted against the housing when the actuating device is operated, the wheel is supported against the housing when the actuating device is operated, so that the opposite second rocker wing can be displaced against the carrier plate.
  • the actuating device when actuated to release the carrier plate against the restoring force of a Spring element is displaceable.
  • the spring element can in particular be arranged at a pivot center of the actuating device and / or between the housing and the actuating device.
  • the spring element assigned to the actuating device ensures a preferred position of the actuating device relative to the housing of the cleaning device.
  • the preferred position here is a position in which the actuating device does not press against the carrier plate, so that it remains firmly connected to the oscillating plate.
  • the spring element can, for example, be a torsion spring which, in the area of the pivoting center, engages on the one hand on the actuating device and on the other hand on the housing of the cleaning device.
  • the spring element can also be arranged outside the pivot center, for example at an end region of a rocker wing facing away from the pivot center.
  • spring elements such as helical springs, leaf springs or others are suitable.
  • the spring force of the spring element is dimensioned such that it bears the weight of the cleaning device or of the cleaning device having the cleaning device, but is deflected against the restoring force when the actuating device is additionally acted upon by a user.
  • the restoring force of the spring element is thus designed so that it only compresses when additional force is applied by the user.
  • the housing has an actuating element for moving the actuating device against the carrier plate.
  • the actuation device can be displaced relative to the housing of the cleaning device, for example in the sense of a displaceable button or a flexible housing section.
  • the The actuating element is a step surface formed on the housing for a user of the cleaning device.
  • the step surface is a sub-area formed in one piece with the housing, which, like the housing, is designed to be rigid as a whole and does not shift and / or deform relative to other sub-areas of the housing when a force is applied by the user.
  • the actuating element is designed as a marking of a partial area of the housing, which shows the user a location of the housing to which the user has to apply a force to move the actuating device.
  • the force acting on the actuating device is not carried out directly by the actuating element, but rather by the fact that the force acting on the actuating element causes a displacement of the housing of the cleaning device relative to the actuating element, which in turn also displaces the actuating device against the carrier plate, namely preferably by the Pivoting movement of the previously proposed rocker with two rocker wings.
  • the actuating element is positioned vertically above a rocker wing of the actuating device in relation to a state of the cleaning device that is tilted relative to a surface to be cleaned, so that the actuating device can be pivoted relative to the housing due to an actuation of the actuating element, the actuating device in particular supported on the surface to be cleaned.
  • the tilted state of the cleaning device can particularly advantageously be a state which is used when the cleaning device is not used. In this so-called hand truck position, the cleaning device is tilted when it is currently not in operation and is switched off and / or stowed away for a short time or for a longer period of time.
  • the cleaning element and / or the carrier plate are usually lifted from a surface to be cleaned, so that there is free space for the detachment movement Carrier plate results from the vibration plate.
  • the carrier plate thus has enough free space between the oscillating plate and a floor surface to fall off the oscillating plate without the user having to do anything.
  • only the tilted state of the cleaning device enables a force to be exerted on the actuating device, since only then is the actuating element arranged vertically above a rocker wing of the actuating device.
  • the actuating element is located next to the rocker arm in relation to the vertical direction, so that no force can be applied, for example because the force introduced by the user via the actuating element acts on a pivoting center of the actuating device which in turn does not result in any pivoting movement. Due to the application of force in the tilted state of the cleaning device, the entire housing of the cleaning device is pressed against the rocker wing assigned to the actuating element, in particular against a wheel arranged there, in the direction of the surface to be cleaned, in particular stepped down by a user.
  • the wheel which is preferably arranged on the rocker wing, moves together with the rocker wing, preferably against the restoring force of the spring element arranged there, against the housing, the rocker wing rotating about the pivot center of the rocker.
  • the release function of the carrier plate is thus operated overall by a vertically movably mounted and spring-loaded actuating element, in particular with the participation of a wheel of the cleaning device arranged there.
  • the cleaning device have a spacer element protruding under the housing in relation to an orientation of the cleaning device during normal cleaning operation, a protruding length of the spacer element being dimensioned such that the spacer element over a Peripheral surface of a wheel, but not protruding beyond the carrier plate.
  • the spacer element thus has a length in the vertical direction (based on an orientation of the cleaning device during normal cleaning operation) which is dimensioned such that the spacer element ends between the circumferential surface of the wheel and the side of the carrier plate facing the surface to be cleaned. During the cleaning operation, the spacer element therefore does not touch the surface to be cleaned.
  • only the carrier plate or the cleaning element arranged on it is in contact with the surface to be cleaned.
  • the spacer element can be a separate support of the housing.
  • the spacer element can, however, also be, for example, a suction mouth arranged on the housing, which takes on the task of spacing.
  • the spacer element prevents the actuating device and / or the wheel arranged thereon from being able to touch the surface when the cleaning device is not tilted.
  • the carrier plate can only be released from the oscillating plate when the cleaning device is in an operationally safe state. An inherent security against incorrect operation of the cleaning device is thus created without the need for separate status detections or operating locks.
  • the spacer element prevents the housing from being displaced relative to the surface to be cleaned, at least to such an extent that the actuating device cannot pivot relative to the housing and thus a force is exerted on the carrier plate.
  • the wheel arranged on the actuating device be arranged next to the carrier plate in relation to a viewing direction perpendicular to a plane of the carrier plate receiving the cleaning element, so that the wheel can be set up on the surface when the cleaning device is tilted relative to a surface to be cleaned.
  • the location "next to the carrier plate” means here in particular in relation to a Usual direction of movement of the cleaning device behind the carrier plate. During the cleaning operation, the cleaning device is usually pushed away by a user or pulled towards him in an alternating back and forth movement.
  • the tilted position of the cleaning device thus corresponds to a position in which the cleaning device is tilted towards the user, in particular this is a direction which is oriented perpendicular to a longitudinal extension of the carrier plate or the vibrating plate.
  • the wheel is thus arranged behind the carrier plate, specifically in such a way that the actuating element in the tilted position of the cleaning device is preferably vertically above the wheel arranged on the actuating device.
  • the invention also proposes a cleaning device, in particular a wet cleaning device, with such a cleaning device.
  • the cleaning device can in principle be any cleaning device that exclusively or among other things is suitable for cleaning a surface, in particular performs suction cleaning and / or wet cleaning. These include hand-held cleaning devices, but also cleaning devices that can be moved automatically, such as cleaning robots in particular.
  • cleaning devices for cleaning above-floor surfaces are also included, for example for cleaning window panes, shelves, baseboards, steps and the like.
  • Fig. 1 shows a cleaning device 15, which is equipped here as a hand-operated damp cleaning device with a base device 16 and a cleaning device 1 designed as an attachment.
  • the cleaning device 1 is held removably on the base device 16.
  • the base device 16 has a handle 17, which here is designed to be telescopic, for example, so that a user of the cleaning device 15 can adapt the length of the handle 17 to his body size.
  • a handle 18 is arranged on the handle 17, by which the user can guide the cleaning device 15 during a normal wiping operation, ie push it over a surface to be cleaned. During the wiping operation, the user usually guides the cleaning device 15 in the opposite direction of movement over the surface to be cleaned.
  • a switch 19 is arranged on the handle 18, which is used, for example, to switch an electric motor of the cleaning device 15 on and off.
  • the electric motor is supplied with energy via an electric cable of the cleaning device 15.
  • an actuating element 13 is provided, via which a user of the cleaning device 15 can detach a carrier plate 4 with a cleaning element 5 from a vibrating plate 3 of the cleaning device 1.
  • the actuating element 13 is here a step surface on which a user can exert force by means of his foot or also by means of his hand.
  • the cleaning device 1 has the in Fig. 2 illustrated combination of a vibrating plate 3, a carrier plate 4 and a cleaning element 5.
  • the oscillating plate 3 points centrally on its upper side shown a rotation axis receptacle 23 for a drive axis of an electric motor.
  • the drive axis in combination with an eccentric, is used on the one hand to fix the oscillating plate 3 on the cleaning device 1 and, on the other hand, to cause oscillating oscillating movements of the oscillating plate 3.
