Abstract

L'objectif de cette invention est d'apporter des améliorations au domaine des dispositifs de prélèvement de touffes. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de prélèvement de touffes (1) comprenant une encoche de prélèvement de touffes (6) présentant une section transversale de prélèvement variable, ainsi qu'une machine de fabrication de brosses (2) équipée de ce dispositif, et un procédé pour prélever des touffes de soies (7) dans un réservoir de soies (4) et les transmettre à une machine de fabrication de brosses (2). Selon l'invention, le dispositif de prélèvement de touffes (1) comprend une pièce d'application de pression (15) qui est disposée entre un premier bord (16) de l'encoche de prélèvement de touffes (6) et un deuxième bord (17) de celle-ci lui étant opposé, de manière à pouvoir être déplacé dans cette encoche sur le dispositif de prélèvement de touffes (1), pour faire varier la section transversale de prélèvement de l'encoche de prélèvement de touffes (6).
