Claims (14)

  1. Élément brise-vue (1), de préférence pour la protection d'un lieu d'accident ou d'un chantier sur une route ou autoroute, comportant
    - des pieds en forme de plaque (8) destinés à l'installation sur une route, autoroute ou tout autre support, en ce que chaque pied (7) comporte une plaque allongée (8),
    - au moins un élément de support (3) en forme de cadre, qui peut être installé au moyen des pieds (8) et peut être assemblé avec des éléments de support (3) identiques adjacents et qui est muni d'un remplissage, de préférence constitué de barres se croisant, ainsi qu'
    - au moins un corps plat souple (6) comportant plusieurs oeillets de fixation (16, 19, 29) ou d'autres moyens de fixation pour la fixation à l'élément de support (3) en forme de cadre,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la face inférieure de la plaque allongée (8) est munie du moins partiellement d'un revêtement augmentant la friction et en ce que le corps plat souple (6) est un tissu difficilement inflammable ou tissu à mailles ou tissu à bandelettes en fil polyéthylène HDPE ou en fil plat polyéthylène HDPE au moins compris dans la classe de matériau de construction B1 selon la norme DIN 4102-1 dans sa version en vigueur à la date de dépôt ou présentant une meilleure réaction au feu .
  2.   4. Élément brise-vue (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps plat souple (6) comporte dans ou au niveau de ses deux zones latérales (33) respectivement un ou plusieurs éléments d'assemblage latéraux (30, 31) permettant de relier dès corps plats (6) directement adjacents.
  5. Élément brise-vue (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'assemblage latéraux (30, 31) sont conçus pour un emboîtement mécanique avec des éléments d'assemblage correspondants (30, 31) sur un corps plat (6) directement adjacent, en ce que les zones formant une liaison mécanique des éléments d'assemblage latéraux (30, 31) sont disposées au moins sur un côté plat (20, 32) du corps plat (6), en particulier en ce que des zones disposées à la même hauteur, formant une liaison mécanique des éléments d'assemblage latéraux (30, 31) sont disposées dans la zone des arêtes latérales opposées (11, 12) du corps plat (6) sur différents côtés plats (20, 32) du corps plat (6).

    b) sont disposés sur une ou plusieurs baguettes lesquelles sont disposées sur un côté plat (20, 32) du corps plat (6) et qui s'étendent parallèlement à respectivement une arête latérale (11, 12) du corps plat (6), étant toutefois espacées de celle-ci.
  9. Élément brise-vue (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le long des deux arêtes latérales opposées (11 ,12) du corps plat (6) s'étend respectivement au moins une baguette latérale (18) comportant des œillets de fixation (29) ou d'autres moyens de fixation, en ce que toutes les baguettes (18) d'un corps plat (6) se trouvent sur un côté plat (20, 32) commun de celui-ci.
  10. Élément brise-vue (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des baguettes latérales (18) comportant des œillets de fixation (29) ou d'autres moyens de fixation
    a) sont appliquées au niveau du corps plat (6) et reliées à celui-là, par exemple cousues, et/ou
    b) sont formées par une bande en un matériau textile qui est cousue au corps plat (6), en particulier le long d'une ou des deux arêtes longitudinales de la bande, et/ou
