Definitions

  • the invention relates to a training plate for training different body parts or muscle groups according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Training devices for attaching at least one training / fitness band are sufficiently known from the prior art.
  • a device for balance / coordination and strengthening training can be found, consisting of a base plate made of wood and eyelets arranged on the edge of the base plate, preferably metal eyelets for attaching rubber bands.
  • a multi-purpose training device comprising a flat base frame made of plastic, on the outer circumference of which a plurality of eyelets for attaching elastic pull cords are arranged, and a hemispherical shell made of polyurethane, which is placed and attached to the base frame.
  • the main disadvantage of such training equipment is the attachment of the elastic training straps to the training equipment, since the elastic training straps are fixed by the fixed attachment means such as e.g. Eyelets is given. Due to the fastening means firmly attached to the training device, the training band can only be mounted at one fastening point, so that the alignment of the training band with respect to the person exercising is always the same. Adaptation of the training device to the individual training requirements and physical aspects of the person exercising, such as Body size is therefore only possible to a limited extent.
  • the training device comprises a flat platform which has standing surfaces for the trainee on the upper side and an elastic, air-filled partial sphere on the lower side. Slit-shaped, elongated recesses are provided on the upper side of the platform, via which hook-shaped fastening means can be fastened at several different positions.
  • the US 7,431,681 B1 discloses a planar training platform which has elongated recesses on its upper side which are used to reduce the weight of the platform are provided. One or more rows of holes are also provided for fastening hook-shaped fastening means at different positions on the upper side of the training platform.
  • the change from one assembly position to the adjacent assembly position requires a complete release of the fastening means from the training platform.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. This object is achieved according to the invention by the device according to independent claim 1. Further advantageous aspects, details and embodiments of the invention emerge from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.
  • the essential aspect of the present invention can be seen in the fact that at least one elongated recess is made in the training plate, which recess forms at least two latching positions for fastening the at least one fastening means.
  • the elongated recesses form a kind of rail-like
  • the fastening means can be moved in a simple manner.
  • at least two locking positions are provided in the elongated recesses.
  • the elongated recesses at least two spaced apart recesses with a first width are introduced, which are connected by several connecting sections extending along the longitudinal extent of the elongated recess, the connecting sections having a second width which is smaller than the width of the recesses and the Recesses and / or the connecting sections form the locking positions.
  • variable fastening of the fastening means in the respective elongated recess can advantageously change the position or the distance to the defined, central standing area, ie both the angle and the direction of the training / fitness band can be compared to a defined position, namely the standing position of the person exercising on the standing area, can be adjusted individually.
  • a fastening of the fastening means with the aid of locking positions also enables the trainee to be able to repeat exercises for certain muscle groups at any other time with the same settings.
  • the training plate is made of plastic. Alternatively, it is also possible to manufacture the training plate from metal or aluminum.
  • the training plate can have one or more layers.
  • the upper layer consists of a resistant and robust material.
  • the training plate has a horizontally running longitudinal axis and a transverse axis running perpendicular to this, a central standing area for receiving the feet of the exerciser being formed in an area where the longitudinal axis and the transverse axis intersect.
  • the predetermined central standing area defines an advantageous position for the trainee in relation to the elongated recesses, so that optimal training success can be guaranteed.
  • the standing area can be provided with a non-slip layer or a non-slip surface.
  • the stand area can preferably be marked by a preferably colored mark, e.g. Footprints, cross, border, etc. should be highlighted.
  • the training plate has a plurality of elongated recesses, which increases the number of fastening options for the fastening means. The greater the number of attachments, in particular, increases the possibilities for variation in training.
  • the elongated recesses can be arranged between a circumferential training plate edge of the training plate and the central standing area of the training plate.
  • the elongate recesses can preferably extend along the longitudinal axis or along the transverse axis of the training plate, specifically outside the central standing area.
  • the training plate is divided by the longitudinal axis and the transverse axis into a plurality of surface sections in which at least one elongated recess is arranged.
  • a plurality of elongated recesses can also be arranged in each of the surface sections.
  • the elongate recesses can be arranged spaced apart from one another in the direction of their longitudinal extension and in a row.
  • the elongated recesses can be arranged at a distance from the circumferential edge of the training plate on a first path which simulates the outline of the training plate. Furthermore, the elongate recesses can be arranged on a second path simulating the contour of the first path, the circumference of the first path being greater than the circumference of the second path. In addition, at least one first elongate recess can preferably be arranged on the first track on the same track section as at least one second recess on the second track.
  • the training plate can have an upper side and an underside opposite this, the elongated recesses being made in the upper side of the training plate.
  • the elongated recesses advantageously have at least one recess depth which extends from the top of the training plate to half the thickness of the training plate, preferably up to a third of the thickness of the training plate.
  • the elongated recesses are designed as a breakthrough.
  • the training plate has at least one front edge section, the at least one elongated recess being made in the at least one front edge section of the training plate and extending along the longitudinal axis or transverse axis to a recess depth.

  • a layer of damping material is also provided, which in particular has vibration-damping and / or noise-reducing properties.
  • spacer elements preferably feet
  • the spacer elements can preferably be fastened in a removable manner, in particular by means of screw or snap-in connections. It would also be conceivable, however, to fix the spacer elements firmly to the underside of the training plate.
