Further training of the Invention are defined in the subclaims.
- the swimming boards of the prior art are hardly suitable for swimming exercises in the supine position, because in these swimming boards only very much it is difficult to intervene with the hands from below.
- a hold on the swimming boards in the supine position is therefore very difficult because the swimming boards generally show the desire to engage Hands slip away. This is particularly due to the fact that the State-of-the-art swimming boards, if they have any openings at all have such a distance from the outer edges of the swimming boards show that the attacking hands with the knuckles the edges of the openings. With longer training this can be too lead to painful digging. This is precisely what will be advantageous for the avoided boards according to the invention.
- the flat basic elements according to the invention are particularly preferred elongated openings in the area of the outer edges of the base element intended.

- the plate-shaped handle element is particularly preferably made of a harder one elastic unbreakable material, such as a plastic, manufactured. It particularly preferably shows a bummerang-like shape of its plate part, which is provided with openings, in particular four holes. In these Handles are provided to engage openings. These protrude with their loops or formed as cords on the top of the plate part and are attached to its underside.
- the handles are considered flexible Loops or cords formed by tough tubular Envelope elements are at least partially surrounded. Due to the resistant Envelope elements is a better vulnerability and a firmer hold in these Handles possible. This also reduces wear on the cords.
- a further additional element in the form of a rod is particularly preferred Element provided. This is done in terms of its diameter or the central opening of the base element is dimensioned so that the rod-shaped element fits into the central opening. Due to a suitable choice of materials for the rod-shaped element, this holds non-slip within the opening firmly. For example, by plugging two basic elements onto each one end of the rod-shaped element can be created a system where the practitioner holds on to his hands or supports the arms can. Exercises in reverse or also can be particularly advantageous be carried out in the breast position.
- the devices from the prior art are predominantly either for swimming lemen thought in the simplest form or also to save drowning people and castaways.
