Exercise board (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the exercise board (1) has a horizontally extending longitudinal axis (LA) and a transverse axis (QA) extending perpendicular to the same, wherein a central standing area (14) is designed for accommodating the feet of the exercising person in an area at which the longitudinal axis (LA) and the transverse axis (QA) intersect.
  4. Exercise board (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the exercise board (1) has multiple elongated recesses (5) and/or that the elongated recesses (5) are arranged between a peripheral exercise board edge (15) of the exercise board (1) and the central standing area (14) of the exercise board (1).
  5. Exercise board (1) according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) extend along the longitudinal axis (LA) or along the transverse axis (QA) of the exercise board (1), and/or that the exercise board (1) is divided by the longitudinal axis (LA) and the transverse axis (QA) into multiple surface sections (16) in which at least one or more elongated recess(es) (5) is/are arranged.
  6. Exercise board (1) according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) are arranged in a row and spaced apart from one another in the direction of their longitudinal extension (LE), and/or that the elongated recesses (5) are arranged spaced apart from the peripheral exercise board edge (15) on a first path (17) reproducing the contour of the exercise board (1).
  7. Exercise board (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) are arranged on a second path (18) reproducing the contour of the first path (17), wherein the circumference of the first path (17) is greater than the circumference of the second path (18).
  8. Exercise board (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that at least one first elongated recess (5.1) is arranged on the first path (17) at the same web section (19) as at least one second recess (5.2) is arranged on the second path (18).
  9. Exercise board (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the exercise board (1) comprises an upper side (2) and a lower side (3) opposite the same, wherein the elongated recesses (5) are incorporated into the upper side (2) of the exercise board (1).
  10. Exercise board (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) have at least a recess depth (T1) which extends from the upper side (2) of the exercise board (1) up to one-half of the thickness (D) of the exercise board (1), preferably up to one-third of the thickness (D) of the exercise board (1).
  11. Exercise board (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) are designed as penetrations.
  12. Exercise board (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the exercise board (1) has at least one edge section (4) extending on an end face, wherein the at least one elongated recess (5) is incorporated into the at least one edge section (4) of the exercise board (1) extending on an end face and extends along the longitudinal axis (LA) or the transverse axis (QA) up to a recess depth (T2).
  13. Exercise board (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elongated recesses (5) have multiple latching positions, preferably two to twelve latching positions, and/or that the number of latching positions of the elongated recesses (5) is different, and/or that the exercise board (1) is designed from one or multiple part(s), wherein the multiple-part exercise board (1) comprises at least two exercise board sections (1.1, 1.2) which are hingedly connected to one another at the longitudinal axis (LA) or at the transverse axis (QA).
  14. Exercise device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the exercise board (1) has at least one handle element section (10) and/or that at least one layer (11) made from a slip-resistant and/or damping material is applied on the under side (3) of the exercise board (1).
  15. Exercise board (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that multiple spacing elements (12), preferably feet, are applied to the under side (3) of the exercise board (1), and/or that at least one fixing means (8) for attaching an exercise/fitness band (9) is variably and detachably fixable in the at least one elongated recess (5).
