Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sewer cleaning vehicle with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the US 4,669,145 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which a suction hose is guided over a rotatable boom. Furthermore, a flushing hose can be wound up on a reel, which is positioned between the driver's cabin and a container. The flushing hose is also guided over the boom, with a first pair of rollers on the boom and a second pair of rollers on a stationary holder next to the reel being provided for guiding the flushing hose. When the boom rotates, the hose is guided between the two pairs of rollers.
  • a sewer cleaning vehicle in which a supply of a suction hose is arranged on a container.
  • the suction hose is guided on the rear of the container via a pivotable boom, with a flushing hose also being held on the boom.
  • the DE 20 2008 013 050 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle with a hose reel for a high-pressure hose and a hose supply of a suction hose, which are guided together over a pivotable boom.
  • the boom can be pivoted at the rear of the vehicle in an annular area of approximately 180 °.
  • the closest state of the art DE 29 06 405 A1 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which a telescopic boom is pivotally mounted on a container, on which a suction hose and a flushing hose are guided.
  • a reel for the flushing hose is mounted on the boom, so that it must be pivoted together with the boom.
  • the DE 296 24 308 U1 discloses a vehicle having a container and a suction hose wound on a reel on the top of the container.
  • EP 2 662 156A2 discloses a device for rotating a reel of a flushing hose for sewer cleaning.
  • the EP 1 050 634 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle with a boom on the top of a container which is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis. A suction hose is passed over the boom, to drain it into a manhole. The boom can also be raised about a horizontal axis.
  • a disadvantage of this sewer cleaning vehicle is that the flushing hose, by means of which a flushing liquid is introduced into the sewer, is mounted separately on a reel on the rear of the vehicle and has to be inserted manually into a sewer shaft.
  • the EP 683 278 For guiding a flushing hose on a boom in a sewer cleaning vehicle, the EP 683 278 before hanging up a hose reel on the boom.
  • both the suction hose and the flushing hose on the boom can be drained into a manhole.
  • the suspension of the reel for the flushing hose loads the bearing about a vertical axis of the boom due to the weight forces.
  • the reel takes up a comparatively large amount of storage space at the end of the boom and represents a hazard.
  • the EP 698 696 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which both a suction hose and a flushing hose are guided on a boom.
  • corresponding guide rollers are provided on the boom so that the suction hose and the flushing hose can be moved along the boom.
  • the boom can be pivoted about 60 ° on both sides about a vertical axis and can be mounted on the front as well as on the back of the vehicle.
  • the boom's working area is limited and, depending on the structural conditions or the traffic situation, it may be necessary for the sewer cleaning vehicle to maneuver in order to be able to approach a sewer shaft.
  • the length of the suction hose is limited due to the arrangement in a cassette compartment on the top of the vehicle.
  • both a suction hose and at least one rinsing hose are guided on the delivery arm, a guide device having a section entering the guide device and a section running out of the guide device being provided for the at least one rinsing hose, and the delivery arm with the suction hose and the rinsing hose being at least Is pivotable 220 ° about the vertical axis.
  • the working area is significantly enlarged, since the boom can move the suction hose and the at least one rinsing hose over the sewer shaft in order to then insert the suction hose and the rinsing hose therein. This simplifies handling since the operator of the sewer cleaning vehicle has to carry out fewer maneuvers when the manholes are difficult to access.
  • the boom with the suction hose and the at least one rinsing hose can preferably be pivoted through at least 360 °.
  • the work area is arranged in a ring around the sewer cleaning vehicle, so that each sewer shaft can be approached via the boom.
  • starting at the front of the vehicle adjacent to a driver's cabin is also possible, so that the insertion of the suction hose and the at least one flushing hose can be observed from the driver's cabin. This simplifies handling since it is no longer necessary to get out of the vehicle during the cleaning process. This also avoids the burden on the operator due to the aerosols rising from the sewer shaft.
  • the bending radius of the flushing hose in the region of the guide device is preferably at least twice as large as its diameter, in particular at least four times as large.
  • the bending radius of the flushing hose is so great in every rotating position of the boom that it prevents the flushing hose from kinking.
  • the minimum bending radius can also be more than eight times the diameter of the flushing hose.
  • the reel for the flushing hose can be arranged between a driver's cabin and a container of the sewer cleaning vehicle.
  • the reel for the flushing hose can have a horizontal axis, but an arrangement with an inclined or vertical axis is also possible.
  • the reel for the flushing hose can also be arranged on a container lid at the rear of the vehicle.
  • a suction hose reel is provided for the suction hose, which is rotatable about the vertical axis.
  • the vertical axis of the suction hose reel and the vertical axis of the boom match, so that the boom and suction hose reel are rotatably mounted about the same axis.
  • the boom and the suction hose reel can be arranged one above the other on the top of a container of the sewer cleaning vehicle.
  • the guide device for the flushing hose is also arranged below or above the suction hose reel, so that a compact design is obtained.
  • a drive device for unwinding the rinsing hose from the reel is provided on the outlet section.
  • the flushing hose can then be unwound by rotating the reel and with the support of the drive device.
  • the drive device can also support the pulling-in process.
  • a drive device for the suction hose can also be provided on the boom in order to also support the winding of the suction hose on and the unwinding of the suction hose from the motor-driven reel for the suction hose.
  • a reel with a second flushing hose is provided, the second flushing hose is also guided on the boom.
  • the user can thus decide whether the first flushing hose or the second flushing hose should be drained into a sewer shaft.
  • the second flushing hose preferably has a different inner diameter than the first flushing hose, so that depending on the diameter or size of the channel to be cleaned, the first or second flushing hose can be used, the flushing hose with the smaller inner diameter promoting a lower volume flow, which is particularly important for smaller channels may be sufficient.
  • a guide device can be provided on the boom for the second flushing hose in order to be able to pivot the boom with the second flushing hose by at least 180 °, in particular at least 360 °.
  • the guide device for the second flushing hose can be arranged above, below or also on the same level of the guide device for the first flushing hose.
  • the guide device can have, for example, an annular receptacle on which the flushing hose is wound around a half to a maximum of one and a half loops.
  • the boom can then be rotated, the incoming section remaining in a predetermined angular position due to the stationary arrangement on the sewer cleaning vehicle, while the outgoing section of the flushing hose runs depending on the angular position of the boom.
  • the guide device can have curved guide elements, which are arranged, for example, on a receptacle connected to the boom, or have a link chain that can be bent through the flushing hose to a certain bending radius in order to optimally guide the flushing hose on the guide device and the boom in to be able to swivel the work area.
  • the boom is preferably telescopic in order to have a large working area in the radial direction. Additionally or alternatively, the boom can be pivoted about a horizontal axis to raise or lower one end of the boom in order to facilitate the threading of the suction hose and the at least one rinsing hose.
  • a sewer cleaning vehicle 1 comprises a vehicle frame 2, on which a driver's cab 3 is provided. Behind the driver's cab 3 there is a container 4 for holding mud and fresh water in order to be able to carry out a cleaning process on a channel or a mud pit.
  • a motor-driven reel 5 for a flushing hose 6 is arranged between the driver's cab 3 and the container 4 and can be wound up and unwound onto the reel 5.
  • FIG. 2 is recognizable, behind the driver's cab 3 there is a second motor-driven reel 7 for a second flushing hose 8, which can be wound up and unwound onto the reel 7.
  • the second flushing hose 8 has a different inner diameter than the first flushing hose 6, so that a different fluid volume emerges from the first or second flushing hose during a cleaning process. This allows the rinsing hose 6 or 8 to be adjusted with respect to the size of the channel.
  • a suction hose reel 9 for a suction hose 10 is also arranged above the container 4, which is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis and is motor-driven in order to be able to wind up the suction hose 10 for storage or for lowering it into the sewer shaft.
  • a boom 11 in the form of a beam is rotatably mounted on the top of the container 4, the boom 11 being rotatable about the same vertical axis as the suction hose reel 9.
  • Both the suction hose 10 and the first and second rinsing hose 6 and 8 are guided on the boom 11.
  • the flushing tubes 6 and 8 are each conveyed via a drive device 12 and 13 at the end of the boom 11 and can be drained or pulled out from there into a sewer shaft.
  • the drive device 14 Adjacent to the drive devices 12 and 13, which each support the reel 5 and 7 during winding and unwinding, the suction hose 10 is guided, which can be retracted or extended on the boom 11 via a drive device 14.
  • the drive device 14 Here too the winding and unwinding of the suction
  • the boom 11 is mounted so as to be pivotable through 360 ° and can therefore be moved in a ring around the sewer cleaning vehicle 1 with the front end.
  • the boom 11 can be rotated via a drive which has, for example, a gear wheel and a rotating ring in the region of the axis of rotation of the boom 11.
  • Other drives are also possible.
  • a guide roller 15 is provided in the region of the curvature of the suction hose 10 in order to guide the suction hose 10 from a horizontal section into a vertical section 16.
  • the flushing tubes 6 and 8 can also be moved on the boom 11 via guide rollers and other guide elements along a predetermined guide path.
  • the device for guiding the suction hose 10 is shown, which is moved in the area of the drive device 14 between drive rollers.
  • the flushing hose 6 is guided to the drive device 12, the second flushing hose 8 optionally being guided to the drive device 13 or remaining on the reel 7 and being used only when required.
  • both rinsing hoses 6 and 8 are preferably arranged ready for use on the boom 11.
  • FIG 4 the vertical axis 18 for the boom 11 and the suction hose reel 9 is shown.
  • a guide device 20 for the flushing hose 8 is provided about the vertical axis 18, which has a section 8 ′ entering the guide device 20 and a section leaving the guide device 20.
  • a second guide device 20 can be provided on the boom 11.
  • the sewer cleaning vehicle 1 is shown in plan views, in which the boom 11 is arranged in different angular positions.
  • the boom 11 is in a preferred transport position in which one end of the boom 11 is positioned on the rear of the sewer cleaning vehicle 1.
  • the boom 11 can be pivoted about the vertical axis 18 in order to approach a sewer shaft on the right or left side, as shown in FIGS Figures 5B and 5C is shown.
  • the boom 11 is designed to be telescopic and comprises at least one component 17 movable in the longitudinal direction of the boom 11, on which the vertical section 16 of the suction hose 10 and one end of the flushing hose 6 and / or one end of the flushing hose 8 are guided.
  • the guide device 20 comprises a holder with an annular receptacle, not shown, for the flushing hose 6 above or below the suction hose reel 9, which is only indicated schematically by the reference number 22.
  • the flushing hose 6 is wound on the ring-shaped receptacle by about half to a maximum of one and a half loops, so that the boom 11 can optionally be pivoted in both directions, as shown in FIGS Figures 6B and 6C is shown. If the boom 11 is pivoted counterclockwise, the flushing hose 6 is further wound onto the ring-shaped receptacle, while the winding is reduced when pivoting clockwise.
  • the incoming section 6 'of the flushing hose remains stationary, since the reel 5, although rotatable, is mounted stationary on the sewer cleaning vehicle 1.
  • the expiring section of the Flushing hose 6, on the other hand, is moved together with the boom 11 and is held there by means of guide elements.
  • a second flushing hose 8 is to be guided in the guide device 20, this can be arranged above, below or on the same level of the first flushing hose 6, a further annular receptacle being provided in order to receive the second flushing hose 8 with a winding.
  • Guide rollers can be provided on the one or more ring-shaped receptacles in order to ensure smooth movement of the flushing tubes 6 and / or 8.

  • the guide device 30 comprises a holder with arcuate guide elements 32 and 33, for example roller bodies.
  • the flushing hose 6 is guided with an incoming section 6 'between the two curved guide elements 32 and 33 and is held on the boom 11. If the boom 11 now rotates about the vertical axis 18, the incoming section 6 'of the flushing hose remains stationary, while the boom 11 rotates together with the outgoing section, so that the flushing hose 6 now on an arcuate section of the first guide element 32 or the second Guide element 33 abuts. This prevents the rinsing hose 6 from excessively kinking.
  • the arcuate guide elements 32 and 33 are arranged stationary while the boom 11 rotates.
  • FIG. 8A to 8C A further guide device 40 for the flushing hose 6 is shown, in which two guide elements 42 and 43 are provided on a holder. Unlike Figure 7 the guide elements 42 and 43 are not arranged stationary but can pivot together with the holder 41 when the boom 11 is rotated. In a starting position, in which the boom 11 is directed towards the rear of the vehicle, the boom 11 can optionally be pivoted in one direction or the other, so that the flushing hose is deflected between the two guide elements 42 and 43 becomes.
  • the radius of curvature on the guide elements 42 and 43 is dimensioned on the contact surface in such a way that the flushing hose 6 does not kink, wherein the bending radius can be, for example, more than four times the diameter of the flushing hose 6.
  • FIGS Figures 9A to 9C Another embodiment of a guide device 50 is shown, which comprises a link chain 51, which is held stationary on the vehicle.
  • the flushing hose 6 is guided to the link chain 51 with an incoming section 6 ′ and emerges from the link chain 51 with an outgoing section. If the boom 11 is now pivoted about the vertical axis 18, some links of the link chain 51 rotate, the maximum bending radius of the flushing hose 6 being predetermined by stops which are mounted on the individual links. As a result, the maximum bending of the flushing hose 6 and / or 8 is limited by the links of the link chain 51, as shown in FIGS Figures 9B and 9C is shown.
  • the first link on the incoming section 6 'of the flushing hose is arranged in a stationary manner, while the remaining links of the link chain 51 are movable.
  • only one guide device 20, 30, 40 and 50 is described for the first rinsing hose 6. It is of course possible to operate the sewer cleaning vehicle 1 with only one flushing hose and one reel 5. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a second rinsing hose with the reel 7, wherein the guide devices 20, 30, 40 and 50 can be used for the second rinsing hose 8. If two guide devices 20, 30, 40 or 50 are provided on the boom 11, these can be provided one above the other so that two ends of rinsing hoses 6 and 8 can already be arranged on the drive devices 12 and 13, which can then be optionally drained into the sewer shaft . In the case of two guide devices 20, these can also be arranged on the same level in the form of an outer and an inner annular guide device.
  • a cleaning fluid in particular rinsing water
  • rinsing water can be injected into a channel at high pressure via the rinsing hoses 6 and 8 in order to dissolve impurities there, which can then be sucked into the channel via the suction hose 10 Container 4 are suctioned off.
