Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sewer cleaning vehicle having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the US 4,669,145 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which a suction hose is passed over a rotatable boom. Furthermore, a flushing hose can be wound on a reel which is positioned between the driver's cab and a container. The flushing hose is also guided over the boom, wherein a first pair of rollers on the boom and a second pair of rollers are provided on a stationary holder next to the reel for guiding the flushing hose. Upon rotation of the boom, the hose is passed between the two pairs of rollers.
  • a sewer cleaning vehicle having the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known in which a reservoir of a suction hose is arranged on a container.
  • the suction hose is guided at the back of the container via a pivotable arm, wherein in addition a flushing hose is held on the boom.
  • the DE 20 2008 013 050 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle with a hose reel for a high-pressure hose and a hose supply of a suction hose, which are jointly guided over a pivotable arm.
  • the boom is pivotable at the rear of the vehicle in an annular region of about 180 °.
  • the DE 29 06 405 A1 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which on a container, a boom is pivotally mounted on which a suction hose and a flushing hose are guided. In addition, a reel for the flushing hose is mounted on the container.
  • the EP 1 050 634 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle having a boom at the top of a container which is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis. About the boom a suction hose is guided to drain it into a manhole. The boom is also liftable about a horizontal axis.
  • this sewer cleaning vehicle is disadvantageous that the flushing hose, by means of which a rinsing liquid is introduced into the channel, separately mounted on a reel at the rear of the vehicle and must be manually inserted into a manhole.
  • the EP 698 696 discloses a sewer cleaning vehicle in which both a suction hose and a flushing hose are guided on a boom.
  • corresponding guide rollers are provided on the boom, so that the suction hose and the flushing hose can be moved along the boom.
  • the boom is pivotable about a vertical axis on both sides by about 60 ° and can be mounted both on the front and on the back of the vehicle.
  • the working range of the boom is limited, and it may be necessary depending on the structural condition or the traffic situation that the sewer cleaning vehicle must maneuver consuming to approach a manhole.
  • the length of the suction hose is limited due to the arrangement in a cassette compartment at the top of the vehicle.
  • the boom should not be in the field of view of the driver in the transport position, but during a cleaning process, the insertion of the suction hose and the at least one rinsing hose should be observed from the driver's cab.
  • both a suction hose and at least one rinsing hose are guided on the boom, wherein for the at least one rinsing hose, a guide device is provided with a section entering the guide device and a section leaving the guide device, and the boom with the suction hose and the rinsing hose is pivotable about at least 220 ° about the vertical axis.
  • the work area is significantly increased, since the boom can move the suction hose and the at least one flushing hose over the manhole shaft, and then introduce the suction hose and the flushing hose therein. This simplifies handling, since the operator of the sewer cleaning vehicle must make fewer shunting operations in poorly accessible manholes.
  • the work area is arranged annularly around the sewer cleaning vehicle, so that each manhole can be approached via the boom.
  • starting at the front of the vehicle adjacent to a driver's cab is also possible, so that insertion of the suction hose and the at least one rinsing hose from the driver's cab can be observed. This simplifies handling, since it is no longer necessary to get out of the vehicle during the cleaning process. Also, this can avoid the burden on the operator due to rising from the manhole shaft aerosols.
  • the bending radius of the flushing hose is in the region of the guide device preferably at least twice as large as its diameter, in particular at least four times as large.
  • the bending radius of the flushing hose is in each rotational position of the boom so large that a kinking of the flushing hose is prevented.
  • the minimum bending radius can also be more than eight times as large as the diameter of the flushing hose.
  • the reel for the flushing hose between a driver's cab and a container of the sewer cleaning vehicle can be arranged.
  • the reel for the flushing hose can have a horizontal axis, but also an arrangement with inclined or vertical axis is possible.

  • a Saugschlauchhaspel is provided for the suction hose, which is rotatable about a vertical axis.
  • the vertical axis of the Saugschlauchhaspel and the vertical axis match the boom so that boom and Saugschlauchhaspel are rotatably mounted about the same axis.
  • the boom and the Saugschlauchhaspel can be arranged one above the other at the top of a container of the sewer cleaning vehicle.
  • the guide device for the flushing hose is preferably also arranged below or above the Saugschlauchhaspel, so that a compact design is obtained.
  • a drive device for unwinding the flushing hose from the reel is provided at the outgoing section.
  • the flushing hose can then be unwound by rotating the reel and assisted by the drive device.
  • the drive device can also support the feeding process.
  • a drive device for the suction hose can also be provided to assist the winding of the suction hose and the unwinding of the suction hose from the motor-driven reel for the suction hose.
  • a reel is provided with a second flushing hose, wherein the second flushing hose is also guided on the boom.
  • the user can thus decide whether the first flushing hose or the second flushing hose should be drained into a manhole.
  • the second flushing hose preferably has a different inner diameter than the first flushing hose, so that depending on the diameter or size of the channel to be cleaned, the first or second flushing hose can be used, wherein the flushing hose with the smaller inner diameter promotes a lower flow rate, which is just for smaller channels may be sufficient.
  • a guide device can be provided for the second flushing hose in order to be able to pivot the boom with the second flushing hose by at least 180 °, in particular at least 360 °.
  • the guiding device for the second flushing hose can be arranged above, below or also on the same level of the guiding device for the first flushing hose.
  • the guide device has an annular receptacle on which the flushing hose is wound around at least half a wrap. Then, the boom can be rotated, the incoming portion due to the stationary arrangement on the sewer cleaning vehicle remains in a predetermined angular position while the outgoing portion of the flushing hose is dependent on the angular position of the boom.
  • the boom is telescopically designed to have a large working area in the radial direction. Additionally or alternatively, the boom may be pivotable about a horizontal axis for raising or lowering one end of the boom to facilitate threading the suction hose and the at least one rinse hose.
  • a sewer cleaning vehicle 1 comprises a vehicle frame 2, on which a driver's cab 3 is provided. Behind the driver's cab 3, a container 4 for receiving sludge and fresh water is provided to perform a cleaning operation on a channel or a sludge pit can.
