Claims (6)

  1. Procédé destiné à revêtir une bande métallique (200)
    d'un matériau de revêtement (300) d'abord encore liquide, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    passage de la bande métallique (200) à revêtir à travers un réservoir de revêtement (110), lequel est rempli du matériau de revêtement liquide (300),
    élimination par soufflage des parties excédentaires du matériau de revêtement (300) encore liquide de la surface de la bande métallique (200) après traversée du réservoir de revêtement à l'aide d'un dispositif de soufflage (120),
    stabilisation de la bande métallique après avoir quitté le dispositif de soufflage (120) à l'aide d'un dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) disposé en aval du dispositif de soufflage dans le sens du transport de la bande métallique, lequel s'appuie sur le dispositif de soufflage,
    déplacement du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140)par rapport au dispositif de soufflage (120) dans un plan transversalement au sens de transport de la bande métallique (200) de telle sorte que la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) coïncide au moins à peu près avec une position médiane théorique prédéfinie dans la fente (142) du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140), et
    réglage de la position réelle de la bande métallique à la position médiane théorique prédéfinie par déplacement approprié du dispositif de soufflage (120) dans un plan transversalement au sens de transport de la bande métallique,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un écart de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) d'une position médiane théorique prédéfinie dans la fente du dispositif de soufflage (120) est saisi,
    en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) est directement ou indirectement saisi par rapport à une position de référence de la ligne de passage, et
    en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140)a lieu conformément et en sens opposé au déplacement saisi du dispositif de soufflage (120) de sorte que le dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140)reste en conséquence à son emplacement d'origine.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que concernant l'écart saisi de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) dans la fente (122,142) du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) ou du dispositif de soufflage (120), il s'agit d'un déplacement translatoire parallèle à une direction longitudinale définie par la position médiane théorique et/ou d'une rotation par rapport à la position médiane théorique prédéfinie de la bande métallique dans la fente (122,142) du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140)ou du dispositif de soufflage (120).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que concernant l'écart saisi de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200), il s'agit d'un déplacement translatoire dans le sens de la largeur (x) par rapport à la position médiane théorique prédéfinie de la bande métallique dans la fente (122,142) du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140)ou du dispositif de soufflage (120) .
  4. Dispositif (100) destiné à revêtir une bande métallique (200) d'un matériau de revêtement liquide (300), le dispositif comportant :
    un réservoir de revêtement (110), lequel peut être rempli du matériau de revêtement liquide (300), pour faire passer la bande métallique (200) à revêtir,
    un dispositif de soufflage (120) disposé au-dessus du réservoir de revêtement pour éliminer par soufflage les parties excédentaires du matériau de revêtement (300) encore liquide de la surface de la bande métallique (200) après le passage de la bande métallique à travers le réservoir de revêtement,
    un dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) disposé au-dessus du dispositif de soufflage (120) et soutenu par le dispositif de soufflage pour stabiliser la bande métallique (200) après avoir quitté le réservoir de revêtement (110) et le dispositif de soufflage (120),
    un premier dispositif de déplacement (160) pour effectuer le déplacement du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) par rapport au dispositif de soufflage (120) dans le plan transversalement au sens de transport (R)de la bande métallique,
    un système de commande (170) pour piloter le premier dispositif de déplacement (160),
    un deuxième dispositif de déplacement (130) pour déplacer le dispositif de soufflage (120), et
    un dispositif de réglage (180) pour régler la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) à une position médiane théorique prédéfinie de la bande métallique (200) dans une fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120) par déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) à l'aide du deuxième dispositif de déplacement (130) dans un plan transversalement au sens de transport (R) de la bande métallique, caractérisé en ce qu'
    un premier dispositif de saisie (150) est prévu pour saisir un écart entre la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) et une position médiane théorique prédéfinie dans la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120),
    en ce que le deuxième dispositif de déplacement (130) est constitué pour déplacer le dispositif de soufflage conformément à l'écart saisi de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) par rapport à une position médiane théorique prédéfinie dans la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120),
    en ce qu'un deuxième dispositif de saisie (155) est prévu pour saisir le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) par rapport à une position de référence de la ligne de passage, et
    en ce que le système de commande (170) est constitué pour déplacer le dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) conformément et en sens opposé au déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) saisi par le deuxième dispositif de saisie (155) de sorte que le dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique reste en conséquence sur son emplacement d'origine.
  5. Dispositif (100) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de déplacement (160) pour déplacer le dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) est disposé entre le dispositif de soufflage (120) et le dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140).
  6. Dispositif (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé par
    une interface homme machine (IHM) pour un opérateur du dispositif destiné à visualiser par exemple l'écart saisi entre la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) et la position médiane théorique dans la fente (122,142) du dispositif de soufflage (120) ou du dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) ou l'écart saisi entre le dispositif de soufflage (120) et la position de référence de la ligne de passage ou pour visualiser la modification temporelle des écarts.
