Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour revêtir une bande métallique (200) d'un matériau de revêtement (300), le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes :
    passage de la bande métallique (200) à revêtir à travers un conteneur d'enduction (110) lequel est rempli d'un matériau de revêtement liquide (300), le matériau de revêtement adhérant à la surface de la bande métallique à revêtir, et
    passage de la bande métallique à revêtir (200) à travers une fente (122) d'un dispositif de soufflage (120) disposé après le conteneur d'enduction (110) dans le dispositif de transport (R) de la bande métallique (200) pour souffler des parties excédentaires du matériau d'enduction encore liquide (300) de la surface de la bande métallique,
    saisie du bombement réel de la bande métallique (200) après avoir quitté le conteneur d'enduction (110), et mise en place d'un rouleau de correction (160) disposé à l'intérieur du conteneur d'enduction (110) contre la bande métallique (200) pour lisser la bande métallique, lorsque l'étendue du bombement réel dépasse une valeur de seuil de bombement admissible prédéfinie, la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) variant dans la fente du dispositif de soufflage (120) en raison de la mise en place du rouleau de correction (160),
    caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    réglage de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) à une position centrale théorique prédéfinie dans la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120) par déplacement du dispositif de soufflage dans le plan transversalement au dispositif de transport de la bande métallique,
    en ce que la position de mise en place du rouleau de correction (160) ou la modification de celle-ci est saisie par un dispositif de saisie du rouleau de correction (165), et
    en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) a lieu en tenant compte de la position de mise en place du rouleau de correction (160).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) et la position centrale théorique est saisi dans la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120), et
    en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) a lieu en fonction de l'écart saisi.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la stabilisation de la bande métallique (200) après avoir quitté le conteneur d'enduction (110) et le dispositif de soufflage (120) à l'aide d'un dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) disposé au-dessus du dispositif de soufflage.
  4. Dispositif (100) pour revêtir une bande métallique (200) d'un matériau de revêtement (300), comportant :
    un conteneur d'enduction (110) avec un rouleau de correction (160), le conteneur d'enduction (110) pouvant être rempli d'un matériau de revêtement liquide, pour faire passer la bande métallique (200) à travers et le matériau de revêtement adhérant à la surface de la bande métallique à revêtir (200), et
    un dispositif de soufflage (120) disposé après le conteneur d'enduction (110) dans le dispositif de transport (R) de la bande métallique avec une fente (122) pour faire passer la bande métallique (200) à travers et pour souffler des parties excédentaires du matériau d'enduction encore liquide (300) de la surface de la bande métallique,
    un capteur de bombement (154) pour saisir le bombement réel de la bande métallique (200) après avoir quitté le conteneur d'enduction (110), et
    un dispositif de commande (190) pour mettre en place le rouleau de correction (160) contre la bande métallique (200), lorsque la mesure du bombement réel dépasse une valeur de seuil de bombement admissible prédéfinie,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de réglage (180) pour régler la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) sur la position centrale théorique prédéfinie (128) dans la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (122) par déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) à l'aide d'un dispositif de déplacement (130) dans un plan transversalement au dispositif de transport de la bande métallique, et
    un dispositif de saisie de rouleau de correction (165) pour la saisie de la position de mise en place du rouleau de correction (160) ou la modification de celle-ci,
    le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) ayant lieu en tenant compte de la position de mise en place du rouleau de correction (160).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de position (152) est prévu pour saisir l'écart de la position réelle de la bande métallique (200) par rapport à la position centrale théorique (128) lors du passage à travers la fente (122) du dispositif de soufflage (120) en raison de la mise en place du rouleau de correction contre la bande métallique, et
    en ce que le déplacement du dispositif de soufflage (120) a lieu en fonction de l'écart saisi.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé par un dispositif de stabilisation électromagnétique (140) disposé au-dessus du dispositif de soufflage pour stabiliser la bande métallique (200) après avoir quitté le conteneur d'enduction (110) et le dispositif de soufflage (120).
