Claims (6)
1. Postupak za oblaganje metalne trake (200) upotrebom materijala (300) za oblaganje koji je na početnu tečan, pri čemu se postupak sastoji od slijedećih koraka:
dovođenje metalne trake (200), koju je potrebno obložiti, kroz posudu (110) za oblaganje, koja je napunjena tekućim materijalom (300) za oblaganje;
otpuhivanje suvišnih dijelova materijala (300) za oblaganje, dok je još tekuć, s površine metalne trake (200) nakon što je prošla kroz posudu za oblaganje pomoću uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje;
stabilizacija metalne trake nakon napuštanja uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje pomoću elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju, koji se u odnosu na smjer transporta metalne trake nalazi iza uređaja za otpuhivanje, koji se naslanja na uređaj za otpuhivanje;
premještanje elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju relativno u odnosu na uređaj (120) za otpuhivanje u ravnini poprečnoj u odnosu na smjer transporta metalne trake (200) tako da se trenutni položaj metalne trake (200) poklapa makar djelomično s unaprijed definiranim željenim središnjim položajem u otvoru (142) u elektromagnetnome uređaju (140) za stabilizaciju; i
reguliranje trenutno položaja metalne trake u odnosu na predefinirani željeni položaj premještanjem uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje na ravninu koja je poprečna u odnosu na smjer transporta metalne trake;
naznačen time da se
određuje odstupanje trenutno položaja metalne trake (200) od prethodno definiranog središnjeg položaja u otvoru uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje;
izravno ili neizravno određivanje premještanja uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje u odnosu na referentni prolazni položaj; i
da se premještanje elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju vrši u skladu s i u suprotnom smjeru u odnosu na detektirano premještanje uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje na taj način što elektromagnetni uređaj (140) za stabilizaciju ostaje u svom početnom položaju.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se kod utvrđenog odstupanja u trenutnom položaju metalne (200) trake u otvoru (122, 142) elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju ili u uređaju (120) za otpuhivanje radi o translacijskom premještanju koje je paralelno u odnosu na uzdužni smjer definiran željenim središnjim položajem i/ili o zakretanju u odnosu na unaprijed definirani središnji položaj metalne trake u otvoru (122, 142) elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju ili uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje.

Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se kod utvrđenog odstupanja od prethodno definiranog položaja metalne trake (200) radi o translacijskom premještanju po širini (x) u odnosu na prethodno definirani željeni središnji položaj metalne trake (200) u otvoru (122, 142) elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju ili uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje.
4. Uređaj (100) za oblaganje metalne trake (200) s tekućim materijalom (300) za oblaganje, pri čemu uređaj ima:
posudu (110) za oblaganje, koja se može napuniti tekućim materijalom (300) za oblaganje, za provođenje metalne trake (200) koju je potrebno obložiti,
uređaj (120) za otpuhivanje s gornje strane posude za oblaganje za otpuhivanje suvišnih dijelova s materijala (300) za oblaganje, koji je još tekuć, s površine metalne trake (200) nakon provođenja metalne trake kroz posudu za oblaganje;
elektromagnetni uređaj (140) za stabilizaciju koji je postavljen iznad uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje i koga podržava uređaj za otpuhivanje radi stabilizacije metalne trake (200) nakon što ona napusti posudu (110) za oblaganje i uređaj (120) za otpuhivanje;
prvi uređaj (160) za premještanje za premještanje elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju relativno u odnosu na uređaj (120) za otpuhivanje u razini koja je poprečna u odnosu na smjer (R) transporta metalne trake;
kontrolni mehanizam (170) za navođenje do prvog uređaja (160) za premještanje;
drugi uređaj (130) za premještanje za premještanje uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje; i uređaj (180) za regulaciju za kontrolu trenutnog položaja metalne trake (200) u odnosu na unaprijed definiran središnji položaj metalne trake (200) u otvoru (200) uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje premještanjem uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje pomoću drugog uređaja (130) za premještanje u razini koja je poprečna u odnosu na smjer (R) transporta metalne trake;
naznačen time
da je prvi uređaj (150) za detekciju predviđen za detekciju odstupanja trenutnog položaja metalne trake (200) od prethodno definiranog željenog središnjeg položaj u otvoru (122) uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje;
da je drugi uređaj (130) za premještanje izveden za premještanje uređaja za otpuhivanje u skladu s detektiranim odstupanjem trenutnog položaja metalne trake (200) u odnosu na predviđeni definirani središnji položaj u otvoru (122) uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje;
da je drugi uređaj (155) za detekciju predviđen za detektiranje premještanja uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje u odnosu na referentni prolazni položaj; i
da je kontrolni mehanizam (170) izveden za premještanje elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju, u skladu i u suprotnom smjeru u odnosu na detektirano premještanje uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje od strane drugog uređaja (155) za detektiranje, tako da elektromagnetni uređaj za stabilizaciju ostaje u svom početnom položaju.
5. Uređaj (100) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je prvi uređaj (160) za premještanje, koji služi za premještanje elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju, postavljen između uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje i elektromagnetnog uređaja (140) za stabilizaciju.
6. Uređaj (100) prema jednom od zahtjeva 4 ili 5,
naznačen time da sadrži Human Machine Interface (HMI) za osobu koja upravlja uređajem radi vizualizacije npr. utvrđenog odstupanja trenutnog položaja metalne trake (200) od predviđenog središnjeg položaja u otvoru (122, 142) uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje ili uređaja (140) za elektromagnetnu stabilizaciju ili od utvrđenog odstupanja uređaja (120) za otpuhivanje od referentnog prolaznog položaja ili za vizualizaciju vremenske izmjene odstupanja.
